Libra Mattress — Not replacing Mattress even under warrantee

Hi Sir,

we purchased matresses from Nagpal Handlooms Ranibagh and they ensured us that under warranty these will get changed if anything happens to them. Now when we register complaint to change the mattresses they are not picking the phone. Also their behaviour is very rude. They are making excuses in stead of taking right steps.

Also Nagpal Handloom owner is not supporting us in the case. Please help
