I will not suggest LIC hfl because we will not get any response during the loan transfers, they will not allow the cheques after 4pm for which we have to pay an additional amount for break period interest.Even if you opt for home loan you have to take decision for the loan transfer due to higher int rates in floating mode They are having traditional systems- for each request we need to reach the lic hfl office because they wont respond properly in the phones. If your cheque bounces they will send message after 4-5days for which again we need to pay breakperiod intrest during loan transfers..no quick alerts to avoid this kind o[censored]nnecessary & delayed payments. If you are looking for a Home loan in LIC HFL you have to bare this kind of issues as iam well experienced ..kindly go through the websites for comparision of intrest rates and select the best option...if you are choosing LICHFL then you are doing big mistake.
