[Resolved] LIC Housing Finance — Request to refund the extra charges for Loan Number :[protected]
Hope you are doing well and keeping safe.
I have a Loan Number :[protected] in your dwarka branch. My EMI was not deducted from my account for April and May month. I have submitted a HDFC bank cheque to the branch. I called LIC HFL customer care number and also called the branch but did not get a response from their side. I called the agent who passed my loan in your branch has said " LIC HFL will deduct automatically, you do not need to take tension".
After waiting many days, I had paid the entire amount to LIC HFL when I did not get any response from your side and agent side.
my 2 month actual EMI (23-MAY-21) = 32464 and I had to paid for 2 month EMI (23-MAY-21)=33090 with fine.
My monthly EMI is "16232" fixed.
Every month, I have to Pay EMI through the portal and the EMI on the portal is not activated on time.
Now I want you to kindly refund the extra paid charges (Rs 626 ) because this is not from my side. No LIC HFL person called me. everytime I had to take initiative.
