I had submitted hard copy to change the ecs mandate from hsbc to sbi three times to lic. They are so poor in document management that they misplaced my hard copies and asked me to submit once again. I did register online complaint but they closed complaints instantly without approaching me with the reason that submit new mandate form.
I did submit new form and ecs was stopped. I receive sms from the proposed bank sbi where ecs need to get resister that mandate has been successfully created in sbi. However no debit has happened from last two month in my new account.
I presume that lic is not sending the debit request to sbi which earlier was promptly going to hsbc.
How lic is operating is a big question mark? If same would have been given to a private insurance company would have been much easier and faster
Moving from post to pillar, there is nobody to listen customer complaints.
