Ref: Annuity No: 33971, Employee No: 02587 (Indian Oil Corporation Ltd) I Mrs. Ratnam C. Kurup W/o. Late Mr. P.G.C Kurup receiving pension from LIC of India, P&GS Department, New Delhi through RTGS transfer on monthly scheme. This is to inform you that I have not received my pension since February 2014 to till date as I have submitted the EXISTENCE CERTIFICATE twice at your LIC of India, New Delhi. I have also had telephonic conversation with your employee, but they answered that if you have submitted the Existence Certificate then you will definitely receive your pension. But now this is mid of April'2015 but yet we have Not received the pension.
