Lic Of India — Regarding Fee Money | |||
Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that, Iam Navaneethan.D and Iam working for LIC as a Development Officer In Tamil Nadu Chennai. While Iam Paying Fee for my Agents on November 25th as a Batch for Six agents my internet payment got unsuccessful Transactions and it got debited once and it not yet got credited back to my account. Then after few minutes i made another payment and it got successful. But the payment made for the first time it not credited back to my account, Its almost one month passed. Already i have contacted the SBI Home branch and they clearly said that transactions had got failed from the NSE IT side. Iam clear that no money has been credited from my banks side and so i request you to credit back my money to my account. I have enclosed my bank statement for the last two months u can verify that also. My Informations are given below... Paid Exam Batch Id No. LIC[protected] Agent Names are :: S.Prem Kumar, A.Vinoth kumar, A. Jayshree, V.Suresh Kumar, D. Rani, S.Gnanasundari. The Failed Transaction Number is IGO2419531 FOR RS.2116.85/-(UNSUCCESSFUL PAYMENT AND NOT CREDIT BACK TRANSACTION NUMBER) and within few minutes i made successful payments for Rs. 2116.85/- and that successful transactions number is IGO2428041.(SUCCESSFUL PAYMENT) I Request you to credit my money for the failed transactions number is IGO2419531 AND THE AMOUNT IS Rs.2116.85/-. My Name : D, Navaneethan My Account nUmber is [protected] Branch ::SBI Tirunelveli Branch Tamil nadu. IFSC CODE:::: SBIN0000932 My Mobile number ::[protected] and [protected] and mail id is ::[protected]@rediffmail.com As i spoke to custome care of NSE IT exam centre mumbai and they guided me to send all the payment details to NSE IT Email id and i have also sent my complete details.
