Lic — regarding not giving benefit of policy no[protected]

My all necessary documents like my bank's passbook, adhar card's, pan card's photocopy had been asked by lic office fatehabad recently and i had deposited these all documents to lic office on 12, october 2018. But till now my benefits regarding lic policy no[protected] has not been transfered in my bank account by lic office fatehabad. Please help me in regarding this matter and i hope you will take an strict action on this as soon as possible. I will be thankful to you.
