Lic — Tech Term not Issued

I have registered online to buy a Tech Term Plan through the LIC website on 24.11.2021. The access id is[protected]. I have purchased a Tech Term Plan on 28.11.2021 and made a payment of Rs. 16673/- . After that, a physical medical examination was done on 30.11.21 and also a Telemedical video calling was done on 01.12.21. But after that, there is no update regarding my policy. After 1 month, another physical medical was requested and performed on 24.12.21, where Covid reports and a=other documents were collected. Since then there has been no response at all!
I have called customer care but they said they haven't responded to any information regarding online purchased policies and I am not able to get any information about my policy.
So now please issue the policy ASAP by following the appropriate procedure otherwise cancel the policy and refund the money.
