I, sri abhijit mandal, policy no:[protected], bongaon branch am suffering from kidney disease since last 5-6 years. I am in urgent need for treatment again so i need to surrender my policy. I surrendered the policy on 4th march 2020 at bongaon branch but branch & divisional office is delaying the process. I urgently need to surrender the policy to continue treatment.
