Lido Learning — Non providing sim/internet facility

We have taken online courses-Math and Science for the period of 2 years with Tablet and sim network as suggested by the Company Advisor on 15/2/2020. At the time of purchase the product, Company was provided Tablet with the sim network/internet facility which was included in the course fee/packages. Suddenly, company has removed sim/internet facility from student on 21/9/2020. As a result, classes is affected, In this regard, we requested several time to the company to resume internet facility/sim network at the earliest so that classes may be run smoothly through mail. No reply has been received from Lido Learning in spite of providing the necessary information i.e. Registered Mobile Number and Student Name. Several reminder has been issued on the said issue but no reply has been given by company. Therefore, it is requested to solve the said problem at the earliest.
