Hi Yesterday i have paid a premuim of 598 throgh lic portal, using pay direct option. I used kotak debit card to make the payment. But amount got deducted from account, but premium is still showing due and no receipt generated. Kindly look into the issue and let me know that whether the amount wil be refunded and should i make the payment one more time. Please help. Was this information helpful? | |||

But in lic portal still it shows as due and no receipt generated, so please look into the issue.
