i the annuitant vishwanath bali annuity no 24275 my quarterly annuity of Rs.1984 due date is 01/05/2017 is not yet debited even after series of reminders.Even the concern doesn't have the courtesy to acknowledge the request. I am struggling to contact customer services there is no response from their end. atleast they can inform what is the reason for delay in debiting the said annuity amount.Even though i have sent the survival certificate from my end there is no response.
