LIC is asking for post mortem report, magistrates certicate, statement of witness, FIR report , Local doctors,report even after submitting a number of papers like death certificate, doctor's statement in the prescribed form of lic,

This is a vicious circle. After submission of papers a new letter comes asking for something new. the policy is of 40 000 Rs. I requested them to give me back the amount of paid as premium, they say it is not possible because the policy is joint and the other partner is dead. I have foolishly invested around 46000 in various policies. I have stopped paying and discontinued all other policies as i am sure my nominees cant get anything as the procedure is dam slow, complex, non cooperative, and even agent does not take any interest.

LIC I beleive is good if a person does not die.

1. My father Sri Manoj Shankar aged about 51 Years Suffring from High Feaver the dated on 14 June 2012, we admit his in

Hospital (Sri Raj Trust Hospital, Jakkanpur patna) but under Treatment he died on 17 June 2012.

2. My Father is also a Govt. Teacher, and Total two policies for his name those are following : Policy No[protected],[protected].

After his Death I Contact the Branch office LIC Jehanabad, Bihar, Then claim Officer (Mr. Premchand Choudhary) required

some needful Papers related to my father”s Death.

3. Then Total required Papers arrange from me and all Papers hand Over to Claim Officer(Mr. Premchand Choudhary) in the

Branch the dated on 23/07/2012.

4. After one month I contact the Branch for know about to process in my father”s Death claim but Mr. Choudhary told to me

That I can’ot do any work related to your father”s Death claim because I have a Lot of pending work so you may be go now.

5. So I contact the Br. Manager( Mr. Rampravesh das) he is so Proudly his behavior is not good he said to me Your work has been

done in next Six Month. I reply to him this is not fair then he said you are freely complaint to any related officer and now you can go.

    dear Sir,

    i got an sms reg ecs deduction amount for rs 16589 whereas my regular deduction of emi is 15390 as per the sms they asked me contact 23440533 for clarification. then i enquired about the details about deduction amt the above said no to my surprise nobody is in a position to clarify and they have given my other no 23440531 there i enquired the lady told we are not concerned and she gave another no which is not working.i am very much upset with the way LIC people of Ameerpet/central office is dealing with the customer.I tried to contact secunderabad branch where as no response on the phone. I am vexed with service of LIC empoyees.pl. resolve my problem.

    They will never care for your calls...The mumbai Kharghar and Vashi Branch is the worst branches I have ever been to.The people are most of the time on leave...the field people fools thheir managers and they dont care for the customer grieviences...

    LIC is on making record on guiness book of world record...for most number of Complaints ...If this is government org...they should close it down ...as it will bring down the government orelse...

      I applied for LIC Housing Loan for Rs.38 lakhs vide application no. 618510 on 28.04.2010 through an agent attached to Vashi LIC Housing Finance Branch. The agent collected the application along with all the necessary documents and upfront fee cheque of Rs. 5515/- vide cheque no. 133363 of SBI, BARC, Mumbai-85. The agent informed that he will submit the upfront fee cheque only if the entire loan(Rs.38 lakhs) is sanctioned. To my surprise, I found that my cheque was en-cashed without my knowledge with lesser sanction amount. I met Mr. Laal (Mob.No.-[protected]), Area Manager, Vashi and explained the matter. He agreed to refund the upfront fees and advised me to submit a refund application. Accordingly, I lodged the application for refund on July 14, 2010. Thereafter, I pursued Area Manager for refund on several occasions either in person or over telephone. I last visited his office on Jan 29, 2011. Till now I could not get the refund. Meanwhile, I took the loan from a National Bank as there was pressure from my builder's side.

      I could not expect this kind of attitude from an Institution of repute like LIC Hsg. Finance. Being a Class-I Central Govt.Officer with lot of responsibilities, I find it very difficult to pursue the issue with LIC Hsg. Finance.

      With this, may I kindly request your intervention in the matter for redressal and early disposal.

          CLAIMING OF COMPENSATION FOR LOSS OCCURRED DUE TO
          DELIBERATE NEGLEGANCE BY LIC MAYUR VIHAR BRANCH
          ( MONEY PLUS POLICY :[protected]
          Sir,

          1. I had taken a Regular Premium Money Plus Policy[protected] for Rs 10,000/- from LIC Mayur Vihar Branch(12 F) in Feb 2007 through an agent. When I came to know that the unit allocation charge for Regular Premium mode is exorbitantly high(26.5%) through internet on 26 Mar 2007 even before printing the policy a request was sent to the Branch Manager to change the premium mode from Regular to Single mode. However despite my repeated requests, though no where it is written that the premium mode can not be changed, the mode was not changed. When the branch rejected my request immediately I asked them to cancel the policy and refund my money Rs.10,000/- with interest. They did not do that also and finally after completion of the lock in period of three years only they refunded me Rs.6535/- that is Rs.3500/- less than that of principle investment. Due to their deliberate negligence I have to bear a loss of about Rs.10,000/-. Had I deposited the amount of Rs.10,000/- in NSC or any bank I would have earned minimum interest of Rs. 3000/- for three years. Over and above I have wasted a lot time, energy and money for unnecessary correspondence.
          2. All this happened only because of the irresponsible and erratic functioning of the LIC Mayur Vihar Branch. It is therefore requested that a thorough enquiry may please be conducted into the whole incident and fix accountability on the erratic staff. It is also requested that a suitable compensation(at least Rs.10,000/-) may be paid to me which is to be recovered from the staff responsible so that such lapses will not be recurred in future. Copies of policy, previous correspondence etc are enclosed for ready reference.

              I am frustrated because of your stupid people sitting in the office of 12-C branch Mori Gate ,Delhi.

              They have not sent my money back cheque amounting Rs 30000/- and when I sent somebody to inquire they told that the concerned lady is on leave and cheque no.432017 dated 01.04.2010 had been issued but the same has not been issued so far . They gave telephone number as[protected].28833277,28833278. But I have waisted number of days on theses numbers and no body is either picking up the calls or disconnecting and if picking up asking to call on other number. What kind of people you have employed I am surprised to see the response.

              You are requiered to look in to the matter else I will have to kake some legal action against LIC.

                Dear Sir,
                ai have done a policy in my daughter's name at Burrobazar Branch now it has shifted at Bombay Mutual Building, 9, Brabourne Road, 5th floor, Kolkata-700 001 under policy no.[protected].
                On 15.12.2010 it has matured but no maturity voucher they issued and on 15.12.2010 I submitted a letter about the maturity and at the sametime submitted marriage certificate of my daughter's, one copy of pan card, and one affidavit wherein my surname and address but the said branch has no taken any action but they sent a maturity voucher without change of address and surname.
                Now I like to change my surname and address under the above maturity which is lying as maturity since from 15.12.2010.
                Please do the needful action.

                Today the payment of insurance premium of policy no.[protected] dt.28.01.06 was not accepted by your branch at Najafgarh, Karampura New Delhi-110015 with the plea the cheque is bounced whereas cheque has not been bounced. Last year the payment of premium for Rs.16668.00 was debited to my account with state bank of patiala, parliament street, New delhi vide cheque no.952695 on 19.12.2010. This year before this date I have not deposited the chequq for premium amount. I will not be responsible for delay in payment of premium as premium payment has been refused on flimsy grounds.

                  any periour notice, which bank cheqeus i had given them that bank account had closed by me. i had inform them by written letter. but after that they charged me cheque dishonour . Now that additional interest Bank charges recovery charges all are unjustified.

                          sir , i paid the money plus policy for the 3yrs i paid the full amount,, yearly-Rs10,000x3YRS
                          TOTAL -Rs30,000
                          When i surrender the moneyplus polcy at 13/01/2011 at 15.30pm
                          but when the registering the time was 15.33pm
                          and the shown the qutation amount around Rs30,250 when i saw the qutation i surrender the
                          documents and i got the acknowledgement,

                          when the check was came on 28/01/2011
                          the amount was of Rs29,391 the have taken the next day nav value on 14/012011

                          There was difference on the qutation amount and the check when i receive
                          The have not taken the nav value correctly

                            Hi there,
                            This is M B Venkatarao from Pune, basically I am from Anakapalli and I had a many policies in LIC and one of with my parents name for health and I am paying this from last two years. Last year (2010) my father was hospitalized due to some health issues. I am sure that we submitted all required documents agent also verified and confirmed that all documents were proper and enough for claiming.
                            After July month they (agent & Development officer) started telling your cheque was dispatched and you will receive with in 8 business days.

                            In November month at the time of deewali I went to home town and I enquired at Zonal office in Visakhapatnam about claiming, they checked and informed that no claims were received to Zonal office from Anakapalli branch on that Name (My fathers name).
                            Next day I went to Anakapalli branch and I reported to Branch Manager and I submitted in written complaint at that time he discussed with branch agent and DO and he (BM) promised that from your side all documents received and I will take this as priority and do the needful. at the same time he confirmed that no need any further documents from your side and if any documents required agent/Do will take care.

                            Recently (jan 28'2011) I went to Anakapalli branch again and discussed with DO - he is still saying that - My claim under still process.

                            Now the problem as a customer I went to LIC branch in Anakapalli to discuss with manager - Straight away manager said get out from office infront of all you are not the customer, you are not the customer at that time my wife was with me she was shocked and she started argued with BM what was the reason - She only used the word both of you getout. Now I dont have time to discuss with you.
                            In Nov/dec I sent three/four mails regarding status he didnt replied for any mails, he replied only for one mail that your claim still under process you can contact DO, you are a valuable customer. he only gave his email id and visiting card.

                            From pune I can go to home town to spend some time with my family, after investigating in LIC every time I am spending in LIC office atleast for two days.

                            Request you to please do me the needful.

                              I had applied for a HOME LOAN from LIC HFL SWARGATE OFFICE. After a lot of frustrated attempts and umpteen visits to the office, the LOAN (Loand Account No. 506043 - 9.25% FIXED FOR FIVE YEARS) for Rs 12 LACS was sanctioned. Out of the Rs 12 LACS, Rs 9 LACS was disbursed and I had opted for BROKEN PERIOD OF INTEREST. I have also submitted an ECS MANDATE so that my payments could be directly deducted from my Savings Bank Account.

                              The first BPI for the month of December 2010 amounting to Rs. 2280 was paid thru' ECS after receiving an advance SMS INTIMATION.

                              This month I got a call from LICHFL REP and was asked to SUBMIT a CHEQUE for Rs 11,034 which is the EMI for the entire disbursement of Rs 12 LACS. They told me that my ECS MANDATE was rejected which was for Rs 11,034.

                              I fail to understand how LICHFL can send an ECS for the FULL EMI amount when I had specifically requested for BPI till the time the entire amount was not disbursed. My BANK Deducted Rs 276.00 as ECS MANDATE RETURN CHARGES for no fault of mine. LICHFL SHOULD REIMBURSE THE SAID AMOUNT.

                              The LICHFL rep just do not understand and speak in a very harsh tone.

                              I sincerely felt that LICHFL being a Government of India enterprise would provide HIGH SERVICE LEVELS. But my experience was totally contrary. The Service Levels are absolutely pathetic and the Staff Behaviour very arrogant.

                              Would be grateful of the same could be taken up in the right forum and issue addressed.

                              Dear Sir,
                              My file no - 512245, A construction link loan plan. Agent aapointed Naveen Bhardwaj, I have penalty clause on demand based payment but never get the disbursebement on time, Every time I produce demand note and other documents 20 days in advance but never get the disbursement on time .This time also I have submitted documents on 27th April at Kaushambi branch-Ghaziabad of LICHFL. but I have not got any response, every time they say back office is working on that.
                              I have been penalised by 24% from builder 3C Zing - Lotus Boulverd. If you are not able to handle this please release my loan I would take over this loan by some other bank.

                              No one is responsing .. its a customer harrashment.

                              please help in getting these resolve.

                              My wife is the LIC Employee. I want to take over my housing loan from SBI to LIC HFL Ltd., When I submitted the list of documents from the State Bank of India to the Lic Hfl authorities, the Area Manager wants to bring the List of Documents in SBI Letter Head.                               My Loan A/C no[protected] having problem of ECS with State Bank of India for the Branch-Savda (Branch Code-3847, IFSC-SBIN0003847, ), Tal-Raver Dist-Jalgaon. LIC HFL Swargate Pune advised to me reopen the account at Pune for ECS. If all banks are online then why i should open new account at Pune branch. At the time of loan sanctioned i never inform about that. It is harrasment of me for sending check or cash every month to LIC HFL.from Savda to Pune branch. They had not any online account for transferring the money for Loan amount. they never transfer the account to their other branch. No clear information given by Swargate office to me whenever i visit this office. they are engage with only new customer handling. But what about old customer??????????.

                                I was booked a flat from Rashmi Builders in Nallasopara (RAshmi Complex). I was done the Down payment of Flat and For remaining Amount I was applied loan from LIC Housing Finance -Virar Office. I was meet Mr. Santosh Mishra (Lic Agent) he told me that we will pass your loan from LIC Housing Finance.

                                I was Applied the Loan of Rs.630000. I was Submitted the All the necessery Documents in LIC Office in june 2010 and I was got the sensaction letter from the LIC on 30/06/2010. But till my loan has been not disbures yet, In loast 8 month i was done srval followup's with them and every time i was got the answer that we will disburse the same & confirm you in next 2 or 3 days. Later is was spoke to the The Branch Manager Mr, Harshal but his respoce is also not satisfactory.
                                Now builder was charring the Interest on my Balace Amount.
                                Please Help me out from this

                                I have made an agreement to purchase a flat in Neelam Vihar Coop. Society sector-14 Kaushambi Ghaziabad (UP) for which I have already received senction FILE NO.[protected] for amount Rs.20, 00, 000/- from LICHFL Kaushambi Ghaziabad whose 03 months time for disbursement of loan is being finished on[protected], but till date I have no information regarding printing of cheque as LICHFL officials are saying that i will get cheque as early as possible.Hence it is deliberately being delayed by the concerning officials of lichfl.If i will not get loan cheque information till last date of disbursement then i have only way to go to consumer forum as i have intentinally delayed for loan disbursement.

                                    I RAJEEV KUMAR RAI HAVEN'T RECEIVED CHEQUE/DRAFT RELATED TO MONEY BAG RETURN OF POLICY NO:[protected] ,DOC: 28/05/1995 .My address has been changed , I have given intimation to Goplanganj lic office and filled the required address changed form and submitting to branch manager.But till date i have not received my cheque. after enquiry i came to know that the cheque has been sent to my previous address and it has been returned to Gopalganj lic office address.After this i met branch manager ,he told me that cheque be send to you with in a week i.e. 22/12/2010.But unfortunately i till date i have not received the cheque till date.

                                      Myself Rajbir Singh Application No. [protected] I have applied for loan on 22 April and got sanction letter from LIC Houcing on 26th may. But I am not able to make registry of the flat because of LIC housing my brach office is located at Noida Sector 18. LIC housing not clear the payment of my home loan. It take too much time. Branch manager says to me that 1st party was also existing customer LIC Housing, His file is in Mumbai Office it is resean for delayed. I want to know that what is my falt why I am doing suffer on mistake of LIC Housing.
                                      I am looking waiting for Cheque from LIC Housing.
