I did online payment of my premium via UPI mode, but it not reflected to LIC online portal or nothing received from LIC about payment confirmation.
The amount is deducted from my account but my premium is still showing as not paid.
I understand sometimes this things happen but there no option online portal to raise a issue against online payment done by user! It should be available...

I have applied for loan online on[protected] and I have also submitted all the required doccuments to my nearest branch on the same day (Branch Code 453-Siliguri). And my online portal showing as Approved, although 9 working days has passed but the loan amount has not yet been credited to my account. My Service Branch Code 436-Kalyani.
It is an emmergency situation for me, so please take necessary action to credit the loan amount to my account in immidiete effect.

The Branch Manager Mr. JASVINDER PAL of SSO DEHLON BRANCH, Branch code-016MT001, Malerkotla Road, Ludhiana-141118 talk to me very poorly and with disrespect. Also he misguide us about the information as I was visit there with my colleague for applying her NOC of LIC.

How can they have such authority to deal with any person like this.

Kindly warn him to maintain respect in words while talking to a person as every person deserve respect.

He didn't deposit the money and also he starts a new three policy without my permission and knowledge for 3 years. When we check our passbook we noticed that the cheques are gone to the account of LIC of India. With our cheque amount, this agent pays his personnel loans and some policies and he manipulates false figures.

I need the status report of my cheques.
I requested officers to allow the details of the cheque and nobody gave the proper answers.

Also please restrict this agent to add me or my mother to new policies.

Policy lapsed for 2 yrs.

He lapsed our policy[protected] for 2 yrs
2019, 2020 November policy and I raise a complaint to Ranni Lic Manager then agent payed my policy amount on this may 24 2021, recepit may attached.

Please refund the balance amount used by the agent from the cheque to pay his loans and policies after paying my policies.

I have been receiving Auto recorded calls from LIC since 1 year. LIC also uses different Number from Which calls are received soliciting Policy Subscription.

Many of the number of LIC are marked SPAM. Hence this has become a harassment for us. Evening the frequency of calls are more whenever there is a holiday or Sunday. I have been subscribed to DND service since 2 years still I'm facing the problem

I was agent in LIC in[protected]. After the i left the agency & my agency code has been also terminated in the LIC but code is reflecting active on the IRDAI Portal.
I am changing my job in other company & they are raising the query that your code is still active. I have recieved the NOC (Form 1-C) from LIC & code is also reflecting terminated in the LIC portal.

Request to you kindly suggest what is the process to terminate the status of agency code on IRDAI Portal.

ST courier, Thiruchengodu, Namakkal (Dr) has not properly delivered parcel to the respective place. This issues happened even before COVID 19. The courier office used to call customer and pick the parcel from their office instead of deliver to customer place. I am requesting you to take necessary again otherwise I will informed to all to avoid using ST courier

Kindly remove my contact number from the list of these annoying calls.
as I am a marketing person, travel most of the time by 2 wheelers, and every time I need to stop the bike, need to open the helmet than after i can attend the call. it is very frustrating.

I gave money Rs.40115 to lic agent pravin kumar 1182611J on 9 sep to renew my policy of 2019.
After few days I again gave him money on 23 sep 2019 of Rs 40115 to renew policy of 2020 as well.

After chasing a lot he renew policy of 2019 on 6 dec 2019 but 2020 policy he has not renew now he stopped picking call.

I complain in lic gave all details but no one took any action against agent
What should i do my hard earned money shall I forget and close my and my all family members policy in lic

I have an issue with double premium paid on my policy no[protected].

Double premium has been paid through my HDFC BANK credit card ending 2317 for my Policy no[protected].

1. The first payment of Rs 45657 was deducted on my HDFC bank credit card ending 2317 through Smart Pay on 2-June-2021 . Transaction ID: TXHC[protected]Please find attached the screenshot for reference)

2. Again one more payment of Rs 45657 was auto pay to LIC India today (7th June at 6:03 AM) from the same HDFC Bank Credit card ending 2317. Transaction Reference No: HGA2P1056C[protected]. (Please find attached the screenshot for reference).

As double payment for the same premium has happened so please return and credit back one premium amount of Rs 45657 to my credit card ending 2317.

The policy was being sold after providing misleading and false information about the policy, making false claims & promises that 30% of the total premium paid will be refunded in case the policy is revoked at anytime.
The insured has suffered a huge loss of approximately INR 75000 over a period of year. The insured was only 25 years old at that time who had just started earning. The policy was sold to her after exaggerating about a lot of facts about the policy.
The insured has revoked the policy after paying premium 5 times. she has not any refund now. When tried contacting the broker, he completely disregarded her and refused to help her with this. he should be punished, his license should be canceled. and the insured should be compensated for the financial & emotional trauma that she has gone through .
