    I K. PALA CHANDRA PRASAD worked as Superintending Engineer, Telecommunications, APTRANSCO, VISAKHAPATNAM and Voluntarily Retired on[protected]. I had GSLIS Policy with Master Policy No.GSLI/50393603 with P&Gs unit LIC of India, Hyderabad. I want the particulars of the Policy such as Scheme serial Number, Date of Joining the scheme and other relevant information for claiming the maturity amount.

        First of all, I would like to introduce myself as the same is required for doing me a favour. I, Ashok Kumar Golchha S/o Late Tilok Chand Golchha was appointed as an agent of LIC of India on 30th.December, 1989 vide Licence No.019F0190 under agency code No.183-19F by Sardarshahar Branch (Branch Code-19F), under Jaipur Division, which is now under Bikaner Division. In 1993, when I settled at Delhi than I had also transferred my LIC agency to Delhi at Nehru Place Branch (Branch code -12G) under Delhi division-1 From 1993 to 2000 I had done my agency business at this branch 12G. Subsequently I was terminated due to lack of business with entitlement for renewal commission I am attaching file for detailed statement of policies introduced by me during my agency period against which I am entitled for renewal commissions which are pending since long time from different branches of LIC of India for doing the needful.

        I, therefore request your honour to look into the matter and arrange to release all my renewal commission dues as early as possible. Any information / clarification on the subject matter will be furnished as and when desired by your honour.

                  I have paid the premium amount of Rs.6, 125/- in the month of July. Unknowingly i have paid twice the premium amount on the dates of[protected] and on[protected]. The amount paid on[protected] was deducted from my bank account but in the LIC transaction this amount is not reflected but the amount paid on[protected] was reflected. So I request you to refund the concerned amount.

                    This login page is not working https://customer.lichousing.com/login.php i submitted my application last month but till now no update from LIC HFL. I raised several service request and complaints but no update; for the last one week i was not able to login to LIC HFL customer portal can you please let me know any contact to resolve this issue?

                            Dear Sir/ Madam,

                            I submitted surrender request of two policies as[protected] &[protected] on 13.10.2020 with all supporting documents including original bonds for processing but as of now Dum dum branch (42D) of LIC has not taken any action on it. Since I am located outstation it is not possible visit again for further follow ups. However several time I am sending reminder mails for doing the needful.

                            In this situation i am helpless and request your intervention for immediate processing of my surrender request of both policies.

                            Attaching herewith both acknowledged copy of letters.

My Lic’s policy no.[protected], Berhampore Branch, Murshidabad. The date of commencement was on 28/03/2010, Date of Maturity is on 28/03/2025 . The Policy is JEEVAN SARAL (WITH – PROFITS), Mode of payment of premium is ‘Yearly’ of Rs. 12010.00 (Twelve thousand ten only).

                              Recently Divisional Manager of L.I.C has intimated me with a letter mentioning the new Schedule in which Date of commencement on 28/03/2018 and Date of maturity on 28/03/2033 .

                              You are informed that the schedule is mistakenly changed and as a proof the policy’s Bond paper (Deed) is enclosed herewith.

                              Therefore, you are requested to verify my documents and bring them back to their previous state.

                                      I want to pay loan interest as well as loan repayment against a policy but everytime I get an error saying 'unable to process your request. Please try again later.' I tried to pay by logging in as well as by using quick services but for that policy I am getting the said error.
                                      Please resolve this as soon as possible. There is also no other alternative to pay.

                                        LIC HFC is saying that, I dont know about 'APPLICATION ID' and we have done all process about PMAY Subsidy.Now Please tell how can we get 'APPLICATION ID' in our case .we have sanctioned construction loan on 23/01/2020(approx. 9 months).ago.
                                        please suggest the way to get 'APPLICATION ID' in our case..
