Sir/mam, myself Sri saroj kumar Dash i was a agent in life insurance corporation of india from branch. rourkela(odisha) my developoment officer is saying my code 04198589 is tarminated due to resign from last 1 year.My pan no.is looking in irda pan lookup side, I request that delete my lic code from this side as early as possible.My lic agent code[protected] and my Pan No.AFSPD2717A

I have two different user id of lic with two different policies under them. I want to delete one of the user id and want to add all my lic policies under single user id. Please tell me the procedure how to delete the second user id to enable me to club all the policies under one user id.

Have paid the premium amount of Rs.6, 125/- in the month of July. Unknowingly i have paid twice the premium amount on the dates of[protected] and on[protected]. The amount paid on[protected] was deducted from my bank account but in the LIC transaction this amount is not reflected but the amount paid on[protected] was reflected. Here are the attachments of both the payments. And also I have received a message regarding payment of the premium amount for the month of November. Should that amount be paid. So I request you to solve the problem as soon as possible.

I have submitted/surrender my policy to Noida Main branch sec 1
on 29 -Sep -2020 I was told that it would be settled with in 15 working days but its Nov i.e 7 Nov 2020 till so far I have not received any amount
please do let me know the status

While submitting application all document and Name Cancel check already verified by LIC employee and they told me to submit it to LIC office main gate pieon,

Please help to resolve it.

but I received only part payment of Rs. 36030/- against full Surrender
value Rs. 170843/-

So many Reminders are sent but no reply from your side

I had GSLIS Policy with Master Policy No.GSLI/50393603 with P&Gs unit LIC of India, Hyderabad. I want the particulars of the Policy such as Scheme serial Number, Date of Joining the scheme and other relevant information for claiming the maturity amount.

First of all, I would like to introduce myself as the same is required for doing me a favour. I, Ashok Kumar Golchha S/o Late Tilok Chand Golchha was appointed as an agent of LIC of India on 30th.December, 1989 vide Licence No.019F0190 under agency code No.183-19F by Sardarshahar Branch (Branch Code-19F), under Jaipur Division, which is now under Bikaner Division. In 1993, when I settled at Delhi than I had also transferred my LIC agency to Delhi at Nehru Place Branch (Branch code -12G) under Delhi division-1 From 1993 to 2000 I had done my agency business at this branch 12G. Subsequently I was terminated due to lack of business with entitlement for renewal commission I am attaching file for detailed statement of policies introduced by me during my agency period against which I am entitled for renewal commissions which are pending since long time from different branches of LIC of India for doing the needful.

I, therefore request your honour to look into the matter and arrange to release all my renewal commission dues as early as possible. Any information / clarification on the subject matter will be furnished as and when desired by your honour.

Also i am not getting any renewal commission on my business as my agency is more than 5 year old it should be paid to me .

This login page is not working https://customer.lichousing.com/login.php i submitted my application last month but till now no update from LIC HFL. I raised several service request and complaints but no update; for the last one week i was not able to login to LIC HFL customer portal can you please let me know any contact to resolve this issue?

Sir i am ediga sivasree my policy no is[protected]. i am taking for new policy but october 2020 11and 15 dates double payments debited my account please solve this problems...

1.11/10/2020 debited A/cNo- **7367 -Rs-1205.94 debited on 11/10/20209through phone pay i will paid).

2.A/C no- **7367-Rs -1206 debited on 15/10/2020 (ECS)

I have made lic premium of Rs. 6392/- on 06.10.2020 online through Amazon.in via Credit card no. xxxx xxxx xxxx 3007 & receipt of successful payment also received from Amazon with operator Ref.No. 9635345.

Still status of policy shown unpaid.

Dear Sir/ Madam,

I submitted surrender request of two policies as[protected] &[protected] on 13.10.2020 with all supporting documents including original bonds for processing but as of now Dum dum branch (42D) of LIC has not taken any action on it. Since I am located outstation it is not possible visit again for further follow ups. However several time I am sending reminder mails for doing the needful.

In this situation i am helpless and request your intervention for immediate processing of my surrender request of both policies.
