This is to bring into your notice that my captioned policy under New Jeevan Dhara Plan issued by Branch Unit 108, is getting matured in November 2020 with date of vesting of Annuity as 01/11/2020. The notional Cash Option for which the policy was taken is Rs.2, 00, 000/- (Scanned Copy of Policy Bond Attached), but when I received the maturity letter from LIC of India it is showing Notional Cash Option as Rs.1, 92, 729/-.
It is therefore requested that the maturity letter may please be revised and NCO should be Rs.2, 00, 000/- as shown in the Policy Bond. Please do the needful and reissue the maturity letter as per terms of Policy bond, so that I can get the Annuity as was planned at the time of taking the policy.
An email in this regard was written to the branch on 07-September 2020, but no action has yet been taken by the branch, it is therefore requested for intervention at the level of higher authority so that, undue harassment to me is avoided. Following is the trail of mail written to branch unit 108 for which I have not received any response from the branch.
Please do the needful and save me from the undue harassment.

    I have made online payment using Bharat QR code online(SBI Credit card) and the balance got deducted from my account. Still payment is not reflecting to LIC policy.

    Kindly get it updated.

            Hello,
            I am writing this mail in reference of my husband's policy. My husband expired on 16th august 2020 due to cardiac arrest as he was tested positive for corona and was admitted to brd medical college in gorakhpur. I, usha goel (Wife), wants to redeem his policies. The policy details are as below:

            These policies are issued from gorakhpur (Allhadpur branch), up.
            I am attaching the death certificate as well.

            You are requested to kindly provide me the relevant forms for redemption of all 3 policies as i am unable to get the support from local agents. Also let me know if any other document is required.

              I haven't got my pension of rs.7635 for sept'20 till 28th of sept'20 (Today).
              Had written email twice in last week to bo, delhi (Lic annuity dept), but till date there is no response from them.
              Also all phone no are either not working or not being picked up purposely by the officers & staff.

              I am in lot of stress due to financial problems, please arrange to release my quarterly pension asap.

                Respect sir/madam,

                I'm mr. Shahalam ansari as i'm writing letter on behalf of my mother mrs. Khatijan khatoon having policy number :[protected]
                I'm writing the this complaint letter for the lic agent mr. Ganesh is of purnahia (Bihar / ghorasahan) i'm paying policy for long time for my mother and i have no issue for payment issue.
                I have issue as i'm not getting lic bond letter from the lic agent and when i asked thim for bond letter. He says you get in few days then few months and
                He is saying now you will get after the lockdown pandemic.
                I don't understand why the agent is doing this this like and irritating to the customer.
                Request you all lic members to help me to get the bond paper from him.

                  This is konathala devi w/o late konathala srinu. R/o rajahmundry rural. My husband expired due to heart attack on 1st april 2017. He had one policy bering policy number[protected] in your rajahmundry rural branch (69m). For s. A. ₹25, 00, 000/-. As a nominee i submitted all the required forms including death certificate and policy bond. But i have not received any information from your branch.in this regard i send one legel notice from my advocate. And my request letter also. Yet now my claim not settled. My husband had very good confidence on lic. But now my family struggling very much. Our both children's are in very sad circumstances. Please try to understand my financial problems and misirable condition. So please settle my claim as early as possible

                          M y policy is mature at 2012, i am not able to receive my payment because i stayed in aboard, i loss my every document gaaja strom in the year of 2018
                          And i did submitted my all id proof like, pan card, aadhar card and notary public signature, not yet received my policy maturity payment, please accept my request for my policy amount asap.

                            Dear sir -
                            Superannuation fund pension is stopped to my account since this year without any reasons assigned. I have tried calling and sent mail several number of times since last week of aug 2020 but no response from such a big company.

                            Lic is sitting on a fund of common man and do not bother to disburse amount in a proper manner neither they have proper system for follow up or escalations. I am in huge need of this...

                            Policy in the name of my son matured about six months ago. My son is not in india and may not visit india in near future. The original copy of policy is with me in india. Can i submit my claim on my son's behalf.
