My policy #[protected]

I gave money Rs.40115 to lic agent pravin kumar 1182611J on 9 sep to renew my policy of 2019.
After few days I again gave him money on 23 sep 2019 of Rs 40115 to renew policy of 2020 as well.

After chasing a lot he renew policy of 2019 on 6 dec 2019 but 2020 policy he has not renew now he stopped picking call.

I complain in lic gave all details but no one took any action against agent
What should i do my hard earned money shall I forget and close my and my all family members policy in lic

    I have an issue with double premium paid on my policy no[protected].

    Double premium has been paid through my HDFC BANK credit card ending 2317 for my Policy no[protected].

    1. The first payment of Rs 45657 was deducted on my HDFC bank credit card ending 2317 through Smart Pay on 2-June-2021 . Transaction ID: TXHC[protected]Please find attached the screenshot for reference)

    2. Again one more payment of Rs 45657 was auto pay to LIC India today (7th June at 6:03 AM) from the same HDFC Bank Credit card ending 2317. Transaction Reference No: HGA2P1056C[protected]. (Please find attached the screenshot for reference).

    As double payment for the same premium has happened so please return and credit back one premium amount of Rs 45657 to my credit card ending 2317.

      The policy was being sold after providing misleading and false information about the policy, making false claims & promises that 30% of the total premium paid will be refunded in case the policy is revoked at anytime.
      The insured has suffered a huge loss of approximately INR 75000 over a period of year. The insured was only 25 years old at that time who had just started earning. The policy was sold to her after exaggerating about a lot of facts about the policy.
      The insured has revoked the policy after paying premium 5 times. she has not any refund now. When tried contacting the broker, he completely disregarded her and refused to help her with this. he should be punished, his license should be canceled. and the insured should be compensated for the financial & emotional trauma that she has gone through .

              Survival Benefit of Rs.37272 out of Rs.40000 payable was credited to may bank account on 21.03.2021 under policy no.[protected] by LIC . The balance amount of Rs.2728 to be paid to me has not been paid by LIC so far even after making several requests over telephone and sending an email by your customer service personnel pointing out the issue . So I humbly request you to redress my grievance at the earliest since two months time has already been elapsed after the first part payment.

                      I hold lici Policy no[protected].which is under enforce bought in 1990 in Durgapur branch.
                      I shifted to kolkata with my son in 2000.
                      I contacted lici durgapur 2 branch to shift my policy to my nearest branch park circus in kolkata.
                      The park circus branch tried a lot to get my policy shifted to park circus branch but various offices of lici did not take my case seriously.
                      I mailed to all lici authorites like customerzone_kolkata, dugapur, even customer zone_kolkata-do2 replied that the had communicated with durgapur branch
                      But til date no response had been received from them to me.
                      request you to kindly expedite the prcesss for which I would be highly obliged

                          There is a policty in name of my mother which was commenced on 15th March, 2000.THe policy number is[protected].
                          The monthly installments of Rs 1521 for the policy were being ctrdited in to my mothers SBI account regularly but since April, 21 the mobey is not getting credited. The sum assurance for the policy is Rs 1 lakh.

                                My policy No[protected]DOC-26/07/2010) matured on 26/07/2020 we want full amount of maturity don’t want to apply pension option but LIC not ready to give full amount of maturity . Actually before maturity date we didn’t received any option letter or voucher regarding pension option. When my agent submitted maturity documents to Naroda branch that time they informed us that we will not receive full value of maturity but before that they not even send me any option letter regarding pension plan. My agent personally also visited to manager of Naroda branch but not getting proper response, he send many mails also dated on 16/sept/20, 6/oct/20, 4/jan/20, 15/jan/21 and 20/apr/21, but branch claim department not giving positive response.
                                Please cooperate me, I am really in urgent need of full maturity amount of my policy for my family medical responsibilities.

                                        I have tried to get my policy surrendered with LIC but they refused to do so and asked for my father's details.

                                        I submitted all my KYC including PAN, Aadhar, Cancelled Cheque Leaf, Bank Statement all duly signed. In my policy it clearly states that I am the LIFE ASSURED and my father is the PROPOSER yet LIC is telling me that they will deposit the money in my father's account only.

                                        My policies were purchased by my father from me when I was a minor but I am 24 now. My father is not in the country and they are misuing this. If they do not give me back my money I will take legal action. Add to that fact that all their employees got every Saturday off and a 30% raise while I can't even get my money back with a loss. Pathetic government company.
