Sir i am lic agent my portal empowerment was not opening from last 3 days, i am facing lots of problem, i am unable to answer my policy holders about their policy due date & amount & my invoice has pending last 4 days.
When i open my lic agent portal id it was showing error a error ha occured.

    The roi interest is too high than rbi charges. Every month the rates keep changing.

    Last month (Jan) it was 10.35 and as on feb it is 10.75% which is equivalent to my personal loan in private banks.

    Why do they keep increasing and never decrease when the rbi suggests 2 decrease.

    Despite many complaints why does govt take any action.

    Please can some one take action on it.

      I am coming today at 10am sharp at lic office situated at fazir bazaar branch, howrah-1.

      But due to inefficiency of staff, my loan application is not processed till 1:15pm. They excused me that 1:15pm is lunch time.

      But around 12noon, the female officer who look after the documents was taking lunch and told me to wait for 5 minutes.

      Some times they say aadhaar will not be accepted, sometimes they miss to mention form details etc etc.

      Total harassment.

        Hello team,
        I have been following up rigorously since 7th jan 2019 to get the answers to my queries, however, i am not able to get satisfactory answers. I was routed to crm thane but after several phone calls and emails i did not receive any response.

        Issue:
        The sum assured calculations are being calculated incorrectly. The sum assured value provided by the lic team has been ₹.2, 65, 125 whereas the amount paid is ₹.3, 33, 575.

        Information details:
        I have received the calculations for surrender value as ₹.2, 97, 290.
        The policy document states that the maturity sum assured as per the policy document guidelines defined in lic document mentioned in para 7 (Surrender value) in special surrender value (Ssv) section a that:

        “100% of the maturity sum assured, if 5 or more years’ premiums have been paid. The maturity sum assured for this para will be the maturity sum assured corresponding to the term for which premiums have been paid under the policy.”

        The customers are being kept in dark while selling the policy document and when the want to redeem the policy the new unknown maturity calculation terms are introduced contradicting the original policy sold to the consumer. This is complete breach of trust and misinformation to the consumer.

          There is auto debit for my premium number[protected]. But it was not happened and i was not even intimated about it not even simple sms from lic which is really a bad service. Premium date is 03 feb 2019.
          Now i cant pay through online also since warning is coming like duplicate payment may happen.
          Please cancel my auto debit and late payment fee if any. I need to make payment online going forward.

            I had lodged a complaint on 4th Feb 2019 vide ID2225728 regarding unauthorised extension of loan period for further two years by lichfl and intended recovery of excess amount of 3 lacs Though the matter was taken up with the authorities of lichfl, nothing fruitful has been done by lichfl authorities so far. It is really pathetic that the loan period which was for 10 years and upto Jan 2019 has been extended for further 2 1/2 years without any prior intimation or without taking the person concerned into account. This is totally cheating and a person like me who is a pensioner and living on meagre pension cannot afford to take this unintended burden. My consistent request to the authorities of lichfl to waive off this excess recovery is going to the deaf years but the fact that lichfl is
            cheating the
            Public again and again and there is no law to curb them from doing so. My earnest request to all my co fellows is that never take home loan from lichfl. Banks are much much better inthis area. I have learnt a lesson My earnest to request to lichfl is to waive off my excess loan amount immediately and help this old lady from a heavy burden

              On logging in to lic website I was redirected to p& gs page which was blank
              Its difficult to travel all the way to your office and so I have to send complaint with consumer forum I found no other way to convey my grevinces to your office please help in resolving my problem at your earliest hoping my grevinces are resolved at your earliest.

                    Two years back, i bought an insurance policy form an agent, once the documents signed and payments are done, she refuses to take my calls and even stop responding on whatsapp.

                    So is there any way to punish her or teach a lesson to her so that she cannot repeat the same thing with others.
                    Is there any way to remove her from my policy. I don't want her bank account get populated with my money all the time without providing any service.

                    Any help or suggestion really appreciated.

                        I a. Naga subarao with policy no[protected] and having account in lic customer portal. I forgot user id to open my account. I requested to send user id and got user id through online to my mail and it not opens with old user id which is sent to my mail. I typed the user id ad it is. It says the the user id not matches our records. So please create and send a new user id to my e mail.

                          not getting the pension from jeevan akshay policy

                          I am a policy holder of l. I. C. Jeevan akshay which has been matured on 16th november 2018 (16.11.2018).
                          I have receive the pension 16.12.2018 & 16.1.2019. But in the february i have not receive the said pension. I have visited the office several times but they did not take any action. How i get my pension say please. If you take quick action it helps me very much.
                          So i request you please do the needful & obliged....

                          I have taken a loan from LIC 2008, and I was paying 20k every month but due to jobless I was unable to pay 5 dues in 2016 but not consequent and then I am paying continuously last two years also paid extra 2 EMIs but the agents are torturing and very often they are visiting my home and torturing my elderly parents as i am staying in abroad . Even in l told them I will settle the balance dues in end of loan completion. Experts please advise .. much appreciated

                            I have been LIC customer since 2005, taken a home loan (my loan account #[protected] on a floating rate, promptly LIC revised my tenure & interest rate to higher (rate), when the interests went up & now, when the rate of interest has come down to 8% and i am still being charged @ 11.2%, .. When they can revise it to higher why not revise it to lower.

                              1. I have the following policy opened on 28/12/2001 in my name in your cab branch

                              2. As per provisions in the policy, rs 7453 is to be paid as annuity on 1st january every year to my registered bank accounts through neft.
                              3. Neft has been registered with lic for the said policy mentioned above and acknowledged by lic.
                              4. Though 45 days have passed after the scheduled date, your cab branch has not yet paid the amount, which has caused unnecessary harassment and financial loss to me as a sr. Citizen.

                                I have not received railway eticket/pnr number after payment from my credit card.

                                The following otp has been received in my email-id (Credit card holder is vimala l. R) for the payment transaction and also i received a message in my mobile "[protected]" after completing the payment.

                                  With reference to above, i have taken the policy at lic of india bearing the following details:
                                  Date of commencemt:[protected]
                                  Plan 122e
                                  Terms-17.
                                  Vesting date:[protected]
                                  Value of settlement as per bond – rs. 37, 820
                                  Value received-rs. 34, 871 (Ref no. Ipp/617/annuityoption/122/0000006)

                                  The amount of annuity mentioned in f. Option which i wanted to take is rs. 34, 871 (Without commutation) which was different from the endorsement in the policy bond i. E. Rs. 37, 820. This detail has been notified earlier to the concerned authorities by mail (Copies of said mail are attached).
                                  On final settlement there is a difference of rs.2, 949 that remains to be paid to myself.
                                  In this respect, sir, i would like to lodge a complaint regarding the discrepancy of my settlement, in spite of repeated requests to the authorities in question. Please to the needful and oblige.

                                      I have taken home loan from lic hfl in 2018 feb at 8.5% and they increased it directly to 9.1% (A.6% increase which is very huge) at end of the 2018 and now in feb 2019 they again increased the interest rate to 9.2%.

                                      And just a couple of days back rbi has decreased the repo rates. What the hell is this even after the repo rate decrease the company has increased the increased rate.

                                      And sbi has decreased the rates just after the rbi announcement, and lic has increased.

                                      I think it is better to move the home loan to sbi as atlease they care for their customers unlike lichfl.
