My policy no :[protected] has date printed worngly in my DOB. When I was asked my agent he took it and changed manually with branch stamped at correction but in system does not changed so that I can not add this policy in lic app. So please kindly change my date of birth. I submitted tenth class Mark list and aadhaar cad for change of day at ( S.KOTA)(69T). So please kindly change it sir.

    I have taken loan from lichfl. At the time of starting i had submitted cheques to start the emi thro' ecs, but it has not workout. Now i am paying the emis one day after fup date. There is no facility to pay premiums online on or before the date of emi. They insist to try for ecs or cash / cheque payment.in the world of digital india, this is ridiculous not for opting the online payment for emis or other extra payment.

    Hope the company will think over the matter & go with the digital india

      And i am also paying the annual premium of rs.11670/- on regular basis since 2018.
      And inspite of that i have not yet received my original bonds from your office.
      I have so many times chased online team to get this policy from your office, but got no responce.

      You are therefore requested to please look in the matter and do the needful to provide me my original bonds as soon as possible.

        I, villuri dattatreyulu made payment of lic policy premium of my son namely villuri hema sundar kishore, for the policy no:[protected] through customer portal of lic of india website, yesterday in the above reference cited online payment details. So far i have not yet received the policy payment receipt in my registered email id < [protected]@yahoo.in>
        Hence i request that i may please be issued the above cited my policy payment receipt at the earliest please.

          Me and my wife went to the lic branch in raginder nagar, ghaziabad on 11th march 2019 to claim the maturity amount as the policy had matured. The dealing person mrs reenu sharma was busy talking on her mobile so we waited. She paid no heed and went on with her conversation for long. When i asked her for the form to raise claim she virtually blasted at us. To our horror others from near by tables joined her. None cared inspite of our saying that we are senior citizens and me a retired defence veteran. When i called for the manager he was not in office though a senior person came to our rescue. The office had no complain register either nor was any one willing to help us in providing a plain paper to write a complain. We were left with no option but to leave the office.

            I had taken a loan from lic hfl bearing loan no :[protected] from lic ameerpet branch, hyderabad. When i took the loan from ameerpet branch, i was told that as the house is still under construction and we haven't got possession yet, only interest would be charged as emi and then after taking possession, whole emi would be charged. But although still 6 months are remaining for us still to take possession, to my utter dismay, whole emi was deducted from my account in this month. Also when i logged into the customer portal, it is showing that emi repayment schedule from april itself. Please find the attached document.

            Has lic hfl started giving false information to customers? I am seriously disappointed with the kind of services lic hfl is providing. I am now in financial crisis as i wasn't informed of this earlier and was given false information. Also i am not getting any prior intimation on my mobile number, when the emi would be deducted. I am thinking, i shouldn't have approached lic hfl and should have taken loan from other banks available.

                Lic is adding up cd charges on all my lic payments in 2019... Not sure what is that and when i enquired through call and email i did not get relevant answer

                Even for upcoming payments for policy i see cd charges. Till date no explanation and even in previous month i have paid cd charges since due date approached... But till date no answer from lic team on what is that cd charges

                  The behavior of dispatch authority was very low towards me, when i was reached to the dispatch/dairy counter on 7th march 2019. As life insurance corporation of india is a big public insurance provider one can't be hoped this type of cheap behavior from a central government high salaried person, as a civilized person it was intolerable for me. Cc camera may say all the situation.

                    Sir, my policy number is[protected]. I have made payment on march-07-2019 of rs 1688.. Till now i have not received receipt. When i tried to download receipt after payment it said "download failed". After that, when i tried to view my transaction details it said "no transaction done today." though i have a screenshot when transaction was success. Also, i have screenshot and my banking transaction made to lic india. Those screenshot are below.

                        The roi interest is too high than rbi charges. Every month the rates keep changing.

                        Last month (Jan) it was 10.35 and as on feb it is 10.75% which is equivalent to my personal loan in private banks.

                        Why do they keep increasing and never decrease when the rbi suggests 2 decrease.

                        Despite many complaints why does govt take any action.

                        Please can some one take action on it.

                          I am coming today at 10am sharp at lic office situated at fazir bazaar branch, howrah-1.

                          But due to inefficiency of staff, my loan application is not processed till 1:15pm. They excused me that 1:15pm is lunch time.

                          But around 12noon, the female officer who look after the documents was taking lunch and told me to wait for 5 minutes.

                          Some times they say aadhaar will not be accepted, sometimes they miss to mention form details etc etc.

                          Total harassment.

                            Hello team,
                            I have been following up rigorously since 7th jan 2019 to get the answers to my queries, however, i am not able to get satisfactory answers. I was routed to crm thane but after several phone calls and emails i did not receive any response.

                            Issue:
                            The sum assured calculations are being calculated incorrectly. The sum assured value provided by the lic team has been ₹.2, 65, 125 whereas the amount paid is ₹.3, 33, 575.

                            Information details:
                            I have received the calculations for surrender value as ₹.2, 97, 290.
                            The policy document states that the maturity sum assured as per the policy document guidelines defined in lic document mentioned in para 7 (Surrender value) in special surrender value (Ssv) section a that:

                            “100% of the maturity sum assured, if 5 or more years’ premiums have been paid. The maturity sum assured for this para will be the maturity sum assured corresponding to the term for which premiums have been paid under the policy.”

                            The customers are being kept in dark while selling the policy document and when the want to redeem the policy the new unknown maturity calculation terms are introduced contradicting the original policy sold to the consumer. This is complete breach of trust and misinformation to the consumer.

                              There is auto debit for my premium number[protected]. But it was not happened and i was not even intimated about it not even simple sms from lic which is really a bad service. Premium date is 03 feb 2019.
                              Now i cant pay through online also since warning is coming like duplicate payment may happen.
                              Please cancel my auto debit and late payment fee if any. I need to make payment online going forward.

                                I had lodged a complaint on 4th Feb 2019 vide ID2225728 regarding unauthorised extension of loan period for further two years by lichfl and intended recovery of excess amount of 3 lacs Though the matter was taken up with the authorities of lichfl, nothing fruitful has been done by lichfl authorities so far. It is really pathetic that the loan period which was for 10 years and upto Jan 2019 has been extended for further 2 1/2 years without any prior intimation or without taking the person concerned into account. This is totally cheating and a person like me who is a pensioner and living on meagre pension cannot afford to take this unintended burden. My consistent request to the authorities of lichfl to waive off this excess recovery is going to the deaf years but the fact that lichfl is
                                cheating the
                                Public again and again and there is no law to curb them from doing so. My earnest request to all my co fellows is that never take home loan from lichfl. Banks are much much better inthis area. I have learnt a lesson My earnest to request to lichfl is to waive off my excess loan amount immediately and help this old lady from a heavy burden

                                        Two years back, i bought an insurance policy form an agent, once the documents signed and payments are done, she refuses to take my calls and even stop responding on whatsapp.

                                        So is there any way to punish her or teach a lesson to her so that she cannot repeat the same thing with others.
                                        Is there any way to remove her from my policy. I don't want her bank account get populated with my money all the time without providing any service.

                                        Any help or suggestion really appreciated.
