I (Mahender kumar batra) have made online payment for my policy no.[protected] on 15/03/18 for premium of rs. 4203/-. But the said payment is deducted twice from my credit card, due to some technical error. Even after 15 days gone i have not still received refund against my double payment. Kindly refund the amount of rs. 4203/-.

    I registered my lic policy account[protected] https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#Register and registeration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html" for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

    "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
    Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

      I have already an existing lic account but now its telling invalid user id which i was using till last year without any issue. I heard its due to kyc update. But now when i try to re-register always its gives the same error pop-up invalid policy number. What kind of crap is this. There is no proper validation in this site. How can i trust in such kind of portal for the premium payment security.
      What could be the solution. Any help on this.
      Note : the same policy number without login i am able to pay the premium without any issue.

        Today i visited your Unit-III, Divl.Office Campus, Jaipur branch to deposit renewal of my mother's policy, After 30 mins waited in queue cashier of window four requested all customer to stand in another queue to deposit cheques and cash because he is going on strike at 12.15PM. After requesting him many times that we waited so long to deposit our saving in your organization and on this short notice you should not ask us to stand in another queue and wait for another 30 mins, But our all efforts went vain he left the cashier cell without listening anyone.

          This is to inform that one of my policy matured on 28th feb.2018, details as below.
          Policy name - bima accouan-1

          Branch - khopoli (Raigad)
          As per policy benefit discuses during policy opening and also mention in lic official portal as below,
          1. This plan is endowment plan with guaranteed return.
          2. Additional bonus
          3.6% to 10% interest

          After receiving maturity amount is very low rs.81380/-
          Already i have paid amount is 91000/-

          As above details i have not receive any my full premium amount + interest + bonus.

          Also as per statement send by lic following concern observed,

          A. Lic is given interest on policy premium from 28/2/2011 to 30/11/2011 (Only 09 months)
          B. After 30/11/2011 to 29/9/2017 (06 years) lic not given interest on premium.

          Request to your kind intervention to resolve the concern.

            I would like to bring to your kind notice that i paid my lic premium of rs.35406.00 online through amex credit card on 21/03/2018 and also i got the receipt.
            After one day it automatically paid by credit card and not got the receipt rs. 35364.00 on 22/03/2018

              I used to do online payment from old portal. However it seems that since new portal has been started i can't login.
              I have already emailed multiple times to [protected]@licindia.com, but these guys are not replying to my emails.

              Please migrate my data from old portal to new portal.

              Due to your lack of response i have to bear the late charges while paying premium.

                  Even after repeated request in person at your branch office, i have not received my maturity amount till date. You are therefore requested to kindly give my maturity at the earliest.

                    I was signup in LIC e service account. My e service account ID is..pmjindam. and my policy number attached to my e service account is[protected].
                    My e service account doesn't work properly...so please kindly delete my account. I have an account in LIC e services. I unable to remove my policies from my account and delete account. I want to register above mentioned policies under my husband's account in e services.

                      प्रार्थी के बाबा श्री बाबूलाल शर्मा ने 57 लाख रूपये देकर पालिसी नंबर[protected] पेंशन प्लान जीवन अक्षय लिया गया था।जिसमे एजेंट और अधिकारियो द्वारा घर आकर बताया गया था (घर आकर इसलिए बताया गया था कि एजेंट रविशंकर शुक्ल को पता था कि प्रार्थी 60 लाख की जमीन बिरला कंपनी को बेचने वाला है और 7.8 की ब्याज अभी तक ही है इसलिए बीमा करवा लो) कि 7.8 प्रतिशत की दर से पहले पेंशन बाबू लाल शर्मा जी को मिलेगी।उनके बाद उनके बेटे रामकुमार को मिलेगी।फिर उनके बाद नाती यानि की प्रार्थी व्एंकेटेश्वर को मिलेगी।और चौथे आदमी को पूरा पैसा मिल जायेगा।यह सब बताने पर बाबूलाल शर्मा जी ने कोर फॉर्म में एजेंट के द्वारा हस्ताक्षर किये थे।फॉर्म बाद में किसने भरा एजेंट जाने।6 महीने बाद बाबूलाल शर्मा की मृत्यु हो गई।तो एजेंट द्वारा आकर रामकुमार के कागजात बैंक खाता वगैरह ले लिए गए की अब पेंशन रामकुमार को मिलेगी।चूंकि पेंशन वार्षिक थी तो ये हुआ की अंतिम समय वर्ष के रामकुमार को पेंशन मिलेगी तो प्रार्थी निशिंत था।इधर दुर्भाग्य वश रामकुमार की भी मृत्यु हो गई।तो एजेंट के द्वारा प्रार्थी यानि की व्एंकेटेश्वर की id और बैंक खाता लिया गया कि पेंशन आएगी।पर पेंशन समय में न आने पर प्रार्थी ने परेशान होकर खोजबीन की तो पता चला ।पेंशन 7.1 प्रतिशत ही मिलेगी और रामकुमार नोमनी में थे और स्पाउस की जगह प्रार्थी व्एंकेटेश्वर का नाम था।उसमें भी कहा गया कि स्पाउस पत्नी कहलाती है।जबकि बाबूलाल शर्मा की पत्नी सन 1964 में ही स्वर्गववासी हो गई थी।और यह बात एजेंट गाव का था उसे सब मालूम था।अब पत्रों द्वारा उत्तराधिकार प्रमाण पत्र मागा जा रहा है।पेंशन न देने को कहा जा रहा है।पता चला की प्रमाणपत्र में बहुत पैसा भी लगना है।प्रार्थी ने ज़मीन बेचकर स्वयं के चेक द्वारा बाबा बाबूलाल शर्मा के नाम प्लान लिया था।ताकि सबको पेंशन लाभ प्राप्त कर lic प्लान में पैसा सुरक्षित रहे।
                      प्रार्थी का निवेदन है कि गाव के हमलोग विस्वाश करके बीमा लिए है तो हमें इतना परेशान न किया जाय की मर जाए।बीमा ऑफिस जाने पर कहा जा रहा है कि हमने कुछ नहीं कहा था।उत्तराधिकार बनवाओ और चुपचाप पैसा लेलो।नही वो भी डूब जायेगे।
                      जो भी अच्छा आदमी श्रीमान ये शिकायत देखे तो मेरी बातों में गौर करे की क्या हमें सही जानकारी होती तो क्या ये प्लान लेते ।अगर लेते भी तो उसके नाम लेते जिसकी पत्नी होती । कृपा करके मेरी समस्या समाधान करे।बहुत बड़ी कृपा होगी

                          Hi team,

                          I have registered my policy in "https://ebiz.licindia.in" portal, it was successfully registered and i am able to login into the portal. But when i try to enroll my policy for employer (Cognizant) in "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html" portal, it shows that i am not a registered user in customer portal.

                          Attached successful login customer portal and error screenshot which i am getting error.

                              Dear sir/ madam, i am vijayakumar r from desur-604501, t. Malai district, my lic policy number is[protected] one of your registered customer of lic, and i want to pay my premium and loans through the portal. Recently they upgraded to new portal. Today when i tried to login it says there is your user id not matched to your registered policy in the portal, even i got new password through forget password option also but it did not accept to new login.                                 Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as male and name with mr.

                                When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as male.

                                I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
                                Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.

                                Please let me know how can i update these details.
