This is to inform you that maturity amount of my policy number[protected], is transferred on someone else account number. When i gave complaint in the near by branch office of lic they have not shown any response on my complaint. It's being one month passed and no one is bothered about my complaint.

So i am requesting you to please look into my matter and do the needful.

    I am unable to enrol for cognizant employer, even though i am registered on LIC Portal

    After filling enrollment form, its providing error as "Kindly enroll on customer portal"

      This is to inform you that one of lic agent came to my office & show me some policy. I am interested one of the policy shown by him.in this he told me that i have to deposit 34000rs every year till 16 year.in the benefits i will get 3 lacs mediclaim plus 4.5 lacs lic money. I had purchased the policy on 15/10/2017. My policy no. Is[protected]. But still i have not the bond paper of lic. He what's app me only the one paper, not provided the bond paper & mediclaim benefits. Neither he pick my phone. His name is jagjeet & his agent code is 06345211. Please do needful at yours ends. I have also attached the paper which the agent what's app me.

PR[protected] for policy no.[protected],[protected],[protected],[protected] &[protected] within grace period, but CD charges applied for policy no.[protected] are Rs.125/- & Rs.10/- for remaining 4 policies .Why CD charges applied more for policy no.[protected] ? pl.clarify.

        I have taken housing loan from lic housing finance, dehradun branch, loan account no[protected] dt[protected] under floating scheme but institute is still [protected]@ 11.25 % interest. When i have approach to lichfl why my rate of interest is not being reduced since the current rate of interest is @8.35%. They asked me to pay rs.11800.00 as processing charge. Please help me

          Tried to register a new user to the lic portal using the policy number provided by lic in the policy document and sent as policy renewal reminder sms. Not able to register as the portal shows the error message "invalid policy number". Tried multiple times, but the same error is shown. I am sure the policy number is correct. Have sent a mail to the portal support, but have not received any response yet.

            Its bring to your kind knowledge that myself varsha sarawgi having a lic policy with the product name of jeevan saral with various policy numbers premium amount
            [protected] dated 28/09/2012. Rs. 30025
            [protected] dated 28/09/2012 rs. 30025
            [protected] dated 28/09/2013 rs. 36030
            [protected] dated 28/09/2013 rs. 59976
            For the above mentioned policies i have paid the premium amount of rs. 156056 via cheque o[censored]nited bank of india and cash on 30/10/2014.
            The cheque was collected by fac agent of indian overseas bank and it was cleared on 01/11/2014 as per our bank statement.
            The payment was made to lic of india which is shown in the statement after one and half years i came to know that the above mentioned premium is not credited to my respective policy numbers as it shows that there was a fraud with me due to which my policy is lapsed but after several reminders to the lic department of bilaspur chhattisgarh cab branch magarpara and bo branch vyapar vihar bilaspur there was no proper response till date.
            Further i am facing lot of mental, physical and financial loss due to which i am suffering from medical illness.
            Further i want to inform that the parties involved in fraud according to my knowledge are as follows
            1. Development officer - raju singh chandel agent code 0008658
            2. Alok singh chandel - agent code[protected]
            3. Mukesh singh chandel - fsc cab branch bilaspur
            Further i want to revive my policies and want a compensation of 5000000/- for mental harassment.

              I have purchased to policy in march 2010 in wealth plus (Plan 801) that matured in march 2018 but maturity value paid are very lower to highest nav during the period as per policy term.

              Ask lic but they told we are doing nothing it's system generated.

              Please help to release my money.

              Lic not responding to my calls and when visited their office told we cannot do anything it is system generated

                Annuity payment from lic would come regularly for the last 4 years but this year 2018 it hasnt come and normally it comes in the month of jan.
                Appreciate if you can look into this matter and expedite the payment as quickly as possible.

                I got it resolved through an agent of mine who checked and found that they wanted a Life Certificate, after giving that its resolved. LIC needs to communicate this before stopping the payment.

                        I registered my lic policy account[protected] https://ebiz.licindia.in/D2CPM/#Register and registeration was successful, next step if i try enrolled my policy under "https://customer.onlinelic.in/LIC_Corporate.html" for cognizant, it shows error that i m not a registered user

                        "it seems that you have not yet registered yourself in our customer portal.
                        Kindly click here www.licindia.in to create portal-id."

                          I have already an existing lic account but now its telling invalid user id which i was using till last year without any issue. I heard its due to kyc update. But now when i try to re-register always its gives the same error pop-up invalid policy number. What kind of crap is this. There is no proper validation in this site. How can i trust in such kind of portal for the premium payment security.
                          What could be the solution. Any help on this.
                          Note : the same policy number without login i am able to pay the premium without any issue.

                            Today i visited your Unit-III, Divl.Office Campus, Jaipur branch to deposit renewal of my mother's policy, After 30 mins waited in queue cashier of window four requested all customer to stand in another queue to deposit cheques and cash because he is going on strike at 12.15PM. After requesting him many times that we waited so long to deposit our saving in your organization and on this short notice you should not ask us to stand in another queue and wait for another 30 mins, But our all efforts went vain he left the cashier cell without listening anyone.

                              This is to inform that one of my policy matured on 28th feb.2018, details as below.

                              As per policy benefit discuses during policy opening and also mention in lic official portal as below,
                              1. This plan is endowment plan with guaranteed return.
                              2. Additional bonus
                              3.6% to 10% interest

                              After receiving maturity amount is very low rs.81380/-
                              Already i have paid amount is 91000/-

                              As above details i have not receive any my full premium amount + interest + bonus.

                              Also as per statement send by lic following concern observed,

                              A. Lic is given interest on policy premium from 28/2/2011 to 30/11/2011 (Only 09 months)
                              B. After 30/11/2011 to 29/9/2017 (06 years) lic not given interest on premium.

                              Request to your kind intervention to resolve the concern.

                                After one day it automatically paid by credit card and not got the receipt rs. 35364.00 on 22/03/2018

                                  I used to do online payment from old portal. However it seems that since new portal has been started i can't login.
                                  I have already emailed multiple times to [protected]@licindia.com, but these guys are not replying to my emails.

                                  Please migrate my data from old portal to new portal.

                                  Due to your lack of response i have to bear the late charges while paying premium.
