not able to login for premium payment

Hi, i am trying to login to lic portal, but unable to get through, after entering the details, it's shows processing and is not proceeding further, same situation from the last 10-15 days.

Govt. Department sabse ghatiya service aur sabse jyada expensive, i feel cheated and wants to get rid of this, but the surrender value is below my principal amount and when i want to pay, then mot able to login.

Very pathetic...

Recently lic site has been migrated, in new version after login, it is showing my gender as male and name with mr.

When i logged in lic new website ebiz. Licindia.in, if i am adding policy i can't to add it because my profile gender is mentioned as male.

I tried updating profile from portal but it seems gender dropdown is disabled.
Site is not allowing me to add any new policy due to gender mismatch.

Please let me know how can i update these details.

      I, Dr. Rakesh Gautam paid premium of my lic policy no.[protected] online through lic app. Payment deducted from my account but renewl recipet not generated kindly do needful.
      Iam J.Bheemalingaiah sir I paid an amount of Rs1851/- as a premium for the policy number[protected], on 10/3/2018
      But I didn't receive any receipt so pl look into the matter and kindly do the needful
      Sir
      i have taken lic asha deep policy in 1993. In 2013 i underwent "stent" surgery. Lic gave me an application, in which stent wording is not there and doctors not certified the same.
      Let me know whether stent operation comes under heart surgery, if so how to claim the same

        Sub: reminder for pending disbursement at office from last 4 months (Ankleshwar)
        This is mr. Kirtibhai lakhanakiya an applicant of housing loan under application no:[protected]/ [protected].
        I apply for housing loan under above application in which file no:[protected] was already disbursed where as second file no: [protected] was still not disbursed due to completion of 3 month of sanction of file from last 4 months so that’s why i call to branch manager and i discussed with him regarding further pending disbursement but i don’t get proper answer from his side and he starting to avoid my call from till date.
        I also talk with my agent regarding for same but he also says that our manager and back office are not giving any answer about further disbursement will done or not. According to him they told me that our company has make changes in various policies and regulations in last month so we cannot able make further disbursement in your case and then after i also talk with manager operation (Ahmedabad) for the same but i didn’t get result. As per my knowledge if any rules and regulations are changed in a company than its previous cases should be done or completed as per it’s old policies and should not be sanction or approve any files as per old policies after implementation of new policies in a company as per norms.
        So i heartily request to you do needful and make favorable decision for my case as fast as possible if i fail to make a payment to my wander within 6 days than wander will take a legal action against me. If i didn’t get any proper or favorable decision for the same than i have no other option to save my values and property also and at last i just have only one way it will be suicide. I don’t think so there is another option for me…

            Sir,
            I have a policy no.[protected] from Agra CBO-3 branch and it was matured on 28.02.2017. I have submitted all relevant documents on dated 26.02.2018 for maturity payment and policy no.[protected] from CBO-4 branch Agra which was matured on 28.08.2016 and I have submitted claim papers alongwith relevant documents to the branch for maturity payment on 03.03.2018. But till date, I have not received maturity payment alongwith interest. After visit so many times, both branch is not given satisfactory reply and also not send the payment.
            Response of both branches are negative, it show the fund crises or any other thing are required by branch official.
            I hope so that you will solve the problem otherwise faith on LIC will be going to downwoth.

              Hi Team,
              I have my home loan in LICHFL from 2016. It was fixed at 9.6% for two years. Now this has been converted to floating at 11.25 % while current market rate is less that 8.5%. When I called LICHFL at address VIP Road, Koyla Vihar, Mondalganthi, Near Haldiram, Kolkata, West Bengal 700052, India, they asked me to pay Rs 11, 800 to lower interest rate to 9%. LICHFL is cheating its existing customers. They are ready to give 8.35% rate to new customer but not to existing customer. I would like to complain against LICHFL for this cheating. Why should I pay for decreasing my ROI ? Whats the guarantee that they won't ask for money in future ?

              Hi, I got the response from LICHFL as please get in touch with Area office.

              What kind of reply is this from LICHFL? I complained over here after visiting area office only. LICHFL at first increases my ROI to 11.25 and then asks for Rs 11800 for reducing it to 9 %. If I had to pay this amount, why would I have complained here?

              Please help.

                I bablu sharma had purchased immediate annuity plan from lic in year 2016 and it was agreed on policy document that annuity will be paid on 26th of feb each year.in 2017 i received annuity on 2nd march but in this year 2018 so far i have not received annuity. I wrote several emails to them but so for no reply from them. Kindly request you to look into this matter and speed up the procedure.

                          Hi team,
                          While updating the aadhar number and pan number (Copy and paste), with space in between, the space also gets copied as a character and the remaining characters are getting ignored.

                          Eg:[protected]

                          While copying this number in the aadhar number field, it gets copied as[protected], where it ignores the last 2 digits.

                          Here, the space is considered as a character and fulfills the length.

                          Please have a validation to ignore spaces while copying to get rid of the usability issue.

                            I have paid my lic premium amounting to Rs 8592/- due on february, 2018 through my net banking. My transaction id no. is IB42852078 through my bank dated 3rd february, 2018 but I have not yet received acknowledgement receipt from lic to my registered mail id. My policy no. is[protected].                                 I'm paying rs.16891/- as premium per year on date 10/03/2018 by online. Message also received successfully. But premium receipt not downloaded.
                                I could not proceed further to get the premium paid certificate. I have also paid rs. 75/- online charges for premium paid certificate. But i have not able to getting it.

                                    Lic housing finance limited has the worst customer care in entire banking sector. I am a existing customer since 2010 and i have never asked for interest details as i had complete faith in them being goi having control on them. To my utter disbelief, when i enquired of the balance loan period, i found that its a complete cheating case. They are providing new loan at lesser interest and charging the existing customer at higher interest rate. The roi they have increased is more than what rbi has increased. When i complained, neither the area office is responding nor the regional office. Even the customer care department does not exist. Friends beware and compare with other banks the hidden facts before taking a loan from licfhl as after loan disbursement, they are totally different people and start the process of cheating on the pretext of existing market rate.                                       I have a policy at city branch-14 (Branch code-425), 23a/44x d. H. Road, kolkata under kmdo-2. Policy number[protected]Bima gold), sum assured-50, 000. Two times ihad god money back of 5000 but now i have received one intimation letter of survival benefit dated 03/01/2018 ref no-425/claims/survival benefit where it is written that rs-3924 will be transferred to my bank account for survival benefit. According to terms the amount should be rs-5000. Please look over this and reply.
