I anjana devi, applicant is w/o late sh. Ramesh kumar setia, having one son namely aryan setia. My husband died on 13/10/2018. I had sent the application (Dated 7/12/18) to branch manager lic of india - 11 u, sco-34, huda complex, sec 12 faridabad, regarding releasing the policy amount of policy no.[protected] of my husband, but with the conspiracy of manoj setia and officials of lic, lic of india - 11 u, sco-34, huda complex, sec 12 faridabad branch released the policy amount to manoj setia in illegal manner even after receiving my application dated 7/12/18. You are requested kindly investigate the matter and take appropriate action against accused and also requested kindly do needful in favour of applicant in the interest of justice. The applicant will be highly obliged.
