Subject : Error in name printed on the policies (printed sataya instead of Sathayya)

Dear Sir
This is to bring to your notice that the name appearing on my all policies are to be corrected to Sathayya from sataya.

I have submitted my passport copy at the time of opening the policies, I think from the LIC office end there is a typo error.
Please do the needful and send me the confirmation to my email id. [protected]@hotmail.com
I am also attaching my passport copy for verification and corrections.
