Respected Sir, I Komal Nitin Salvi wife of Late Nitin Tukaram Salvi submitted policy paper to LIC Ratnagiri Branch after death of my husband Nitin Tukaram Salvi death date[protected]. His policy No is[protected] dated[protected]. On[protected] I received a letter from LIC Kolhapur. Death claim will not be given because death bacame liver failure due to wine drinking. Then I appealed to Zonal Manager Mumbai on date[protected] but till[protected] I have not my claim amount. In this regard I want to say that my husband was working as Trackman in Railway which post is asafety category where there is not allowed to drink before 08 Hrs of his duty or duty time. He is not found abscent from his duty and sick leave of his service period. He was seferring from joundice before death of some time. So I want to request that I have two children and my widow mother in law. who is dependent on me. I have no source o income my son is in 12th and daughter is in 10th.
