I deepanjali padhan beg to draw your kind attention that i am having policy no.[protected] and create my online account through customer portal.in my account i have mistakenly enter wrong mobile no. And e-mail id that is why i cannot access my account. So i request you to delete my online account. Frequently i tried to update my e-mail and mobile number, but i could not succeed in this matter. I think i am not safe in my online account. Therefore i request you to delete my online account. For which i shall be obliged.

Dear Sir,

Pl note my LIC supper attenuation no: GSCA/1115, Annuity no: 091Y[protected].

For past few year, annual annuity amount has not been transferred to my ICICI bank account.

Request to review the same.
