I am unable to login to lic customer portal. I am entering both user name and password properly. Still i get an error message saying "your entry does not match with our records, please check the data entered. Kindly use user id of old portal if it is your first login to new portal; login through email or mobile permitted only for subsequent logins." I have written an email to [protected]@licindia.com regarding the same. But i haven't received any response from them. Please fix this at the earliest. Was this information helpful? No (0) Yes (0)

On[protected] i registered for premium service vide request number[protected] .the status is still showing as PUBLISHED . Please accept or reject the request. Please dont keep open for so many days.
Once it is resolved i am awaiting to use the premier services. iam not able to use premier services due to this.
