Sub: Regarding the policy I would like to inform you that my name is Divyesh Anandji Vadhia. My policy no is[protected] . I had paid ECS from ICICI bank but due to some technical problem in bank It could not able to pay ECS from 6 months & I don’t aware of it my agent didn’t intimate about this issue. I am not paying full amount in this situation. I want to continue this same policy again from today onwards. please add back previous premium which has been paid & continue my policy from back date from 8 month from today date.so I can pay premium from next month. kindly request you to carry forward my ECS as soon as possible Please revert back. Sir I payment my premium Rs 12935/-through online on 08 Feb 17. Sir by mistake I paid my premium two time on the same day but on lic website only one payment shown but from my account Rs 12935/- has deducted two times.
