[Resolved] Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Lic premium paid but not updated on lic portal | |||||
Hi, I have paid my LIC premium through IDBI Bank - Eazy2Pay Payment Gateway on 21/12/2015 for the amount of 6409. Policy number[protected] But the same is not reflected in LIC portal till now (25/01/2016). When contacted LIC office(Shimoga) regarding the issue, initially they said they will check the issue but no response even after sending multiple emails. But when made the payment got email from awl-in.[protected]@atos.net with the below details. Please note that the following SALE has been processed by IDBI Bank - Eazy2Pay Payment Gateway : Merchant Name: Life Insurance Corporation Merchant Ref Number: 11270313 Payment Amount: Rs. 6408.53 Payment Date: Mon Dec 21 14:54:01 IST 2015 Transaction Identification Number:[protected] And my credit card company is telling the above merchant has claimed the amount and I have got the credit card bill for the same.
