Consignment no.[protected] actually reached the destination on 05/08/2017 but not yet delivered. On telephone enquiry the kottayam franchise is not giving satisfactory answers on 07/08/2017 we contacted several times on phone and requested them to deliver the consignment they offered immediate delivery but still 6 pm nothing happened our office time is 5 pm but we waited for the consignment 6pm no delivery made. Kindly advise your kottayam franchise to make delivery immediately We never expect this kind of irresponsible response from a great company like blue dart With regards Manager p&gs Lic of india P&gs dept.
