Ref:- 1) payment id: [protected], 2) date and time:[protected]:14:32, 3) payment rs: 1421.28, payment through: upi axis bank.

I, villuri dattatreyulu made payment of lic policy premium of my son namely villuri hema sundar kishore, for the policy no:[protected] through customer portal of lic of india website, yesterday in the above reference cited online payment details. So far i have not yet received the policy payment receipt in my registered email id < [protected]@yahoo.in>
Hence i request that i may please be issued the above cited my policy payment receipt at the earliest please.
