Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — Not getting lic premium paid receipt last 5 month | |||||
Hi, My name is Tushar Patil. Last 5mounth (27/09/2016) i have paid my LIC premium of Rs. 3290 (Policy number[protected] LIC pay premium online & using my Dena bank Debit card & did the payment & last time wait for the transaction process will be completing then the session expired, and my account deducted Rs. 3290 and not getting any transaction ID or message. the amount is not yet credited to LIC and I have not received any mail confirmation from LIC for the receipt of payment. I was also contacted to LIC & Dena bank telephonic and mailing more time bank but not getting any response Also when I checked for the Premium paid online certificate in LIC it showing that 'No premium is paid by you between the period 01/04/2016 And 31/03/2017' Kindly do the needful Tushar Patil Was this information helpful? | |||||
