Sir i have not received my annuity rs.5415 from march 2018 till today.
My name. Rusi pherozeshaw shroff. I am a senior citizen.
Age 74 years.
My savings account is with icici bank free press house
I have also sent my living certificate to you stating that i am alive.
I was also informed on phone that the system must have crashed.
Three months have passed but there are no results and i have not received my monthly annuity.
Kindly expedite as my bread and butter depends on my annuity.
