Request for changing of mail id in my online lic portal

I was registered my lic policy with my old e-mail id. Now that e-mail id was deleted and i made a new e-mail id. I am unable to access in online portal due to forget of my user id & password, when i trying to recover id or password, new recovered password is going on old e-mail id which is not available.
