Sir, I have paid rs. 1610/- towards premium of my pli policy online on 03/08/2019 for the period of 1/8/2019 to 31/8/2019. The payment was successful but the payment receipt generated has no receipt number. Furthermore online pli payment system shows that the payment for same duration is still unpaid.
