My name is lalit kumar and my lic policy no. Is[protected]. I have forgot my password and user name. The registered email on which these two information are available is also permanantly deleted by me. I have made payment through net banking. But the acknowledgment receipt is not available on the website. In this matter i request you to kindly send the generated acknowledgment receipt of my payment on my registered email-id. I.
