Life Insurance Corporation of India [LIC] — very very poor customer support | |||
I don't know why i took the loan from lic housing finance limited. This lic hfl is the most third class company with zero customer support and illegal charges against floating loans. The place of my property is in kolkata but i stay in new delhi. I am trying for the last 3-4 months to change my emi scheme from ecs to online but in vain. Lots of mails and calls i have done but no revert i have received till date. There are some customer care numbers but you have to hold at least 30mins before someone receives your call and deliberately behaves as if they are superiors and we have done a mistake in taking loans from them. Also they have never provided a solution to any of my query. Furthermore i wanted to shift my loan to some other bank as my loan is in floating mode but still now lic did not deduct the interest rate. I am still paying 9.5%. While i was trying to shift to some other bank, lic guys are saying i have to pay rs. 6000 and some additional charges to make this happen. This is ridiculous. Again saying, the most third class loan bearing body in india is this lic hfl. Kindly raise this complaint as most severe one because not only me, but some of my colleagues and friends are experiencing the same problem.
