[Resolved]  Life pinnacle management services pvt ltd — Totally fraud consultancy with a fraud owner - Jitendra Nath

Life Pinnacle is one of the most fraud consultancy in Eastern India. The Head (Mr. Jitendra Nath ) said me that he will provide me a job in Tata Advanced Systems in Bangalore, but he will take consulting charge of Rs.20000/. That amount will be refunded within 7 working days, if he fails to provide the job. He signed also a 10Rs Stamp Paper regarding this. I thought its safe so I paid the money in cash on 29th October 2016.

But after reaching Bangalore he said that company has no vacancy so he will return the money after coming back to Kolkata. After that he tried to not pick up my call. I started disturbing him by reaching his office in Regent Colony, and filed a complain in Jadavpur Police Station on 12/01/2016. He said he will pay this within 15days. In this times I regularly started to visit his so called corporate office demanding my money back. But no work.

After 1Month he gave me a cheque (PDC) on 24/02/2016.

That cheque became bounced. Bank charged me for bouncing.

I have all proofs, I started a legal action against him for dishonoring that cheque.

I will request all of you, be unemployed for lifetime but never go to Life Pinnacle Management Services Pvt Ltd for any job.

Please help me if possible.
