Likizo Service Ltd Mumbai — regarding fraud

Sir,
I Nikesh Kumar upadhyay have taken membership from likizo services LTD Mumbai belapur for holiday package for 5 years.i have paid RS 1, 06, 000 and they have frauded me and taken the amount from my credit card, now I am facing very difficult in paying the emi.we in a group of 150 members total amount of RS 90 lakh have lodged an fir at CBD belapur office Mumbai and the case is under Sahane sir.we think sir is not guiding us properly and he is rotating us.please help me sir.i am attaching the joining card.
I am unable to pay emi in SBI as well as Citi Bank plz help us sir.
