Lime Line — wrong and used product received

Hi, I placed an order of a dress but I got wrong product which is used second hand product. I requested for refund same day of delivery of product. I want to highlight the issue which happened not only with me as several people's are victims from this company. Plz take any strict action against those companies who are making people fool and breaking trust on online mode of shopping. Sachin Mehta
