Limeline — fraud wrong item delivered

Hi my name is pankaj sharma. I am from delhi.

I ordered a gown from limeline.in

My order number was 37976os.
I ordered a 'designer gown 12'. The amount of the gown was 540. I am attatching a pic of the package.

My complain is that i didnt get the product which i ordered instead i got a saree in that package whose pic is also attatched in this email.

There is not process to return or change the product. Moreover the customer care number is also fraund, the given number on the site limeline.in not working, nobody attends the call, only ivr is working on the number which also disconnects the call after 1or 2 minutes.

Please take necessary action other wise i will file a compain in consumer court against this fraud.

I also urge gujrat police to look into the matter because i think the fraud is taking place on the large scale.
