Limeline — wrong delivery

I ordered a saree of 537 but it is totally different. The colour was something like green and some pink. But it is totally pink. The quality is also very different. I ordered it to gift someone, but now i can't, i want to return it but the return policy is not so smooth, if it is not returned, i will file a fraud case on consumer complaints, of your company.

I have ordered 2 Kurtis from limeline. in and it cost 970/- . after 4 days I received my parcel and when I opened it I found the cheapest sarees instead of kurtis . I even submit a return and refund form, tried to contact through gmail and customer service no. but their is no kind of response ...

I ordered a designer kurti and designer lehnga but they sent a dirty sarees.this is very shamefull the sites is not actually working not resonce on call no. the provided.
please refund my money back.
