[Resolved] Limeroad — Amount debited but order not placed | |||
I tried to order a crop top on 14th august using my debit card. The amount got deducted instantly but the order was not placed. The item is still being shown in my cart and no such order is being shown in the 'my orders' column. I lodged a complaint on their site yesterday but have not yet received any response. This is highly unprofessional and unexpected from a site as reputed as limeroad. I demand a refund of 659/- that was debited from my account. Was this information helpful? | |||
