The product ordered on 20/09/2025 was not completely delivered, 5 items were ordered and only 3 were delivered 2 2 products are missing which are not delivered yet or refunded the amount. and the website was updated as all 5 products delivered. i immediately raised the concern and sent email towards the same.     Putting wrong allegations on me. Picked rhe product from my doorstep (home). And then sending completely different product image stating that it is not qualified quality check at warehouse. SHAMEFUL ATTITUDE. From ladt 2 months i am fighting for my refunds. Out of four received only 3. Putting wrong allegations not to give MY MONEY. 😡😡😡 Issue my refund at the earliest and PLS STOP MENTALLY HARASSING ME😡😡

    I want my Refund at the earliest. I had to fight for my all the refunds with u. My last refund is still not initiated. And moreover you have put the blame on me. Am i mad. Give my refund 😡😡😡😡. U are mentally harassing me from last 2 months .. SHAMEFUL. U didn’t want to give my money since beginning. That is why I had to fight for each of my refunds. And now for my last refund u have decided to cheat on me. I WANT MY MONEY AT ANY COST.

          I recently spoke with Limeroad customer care regarding the refund for my order. Despite my insistence, they claimed that the refund reference number is not visible on their end. This assertion contradicts the fact that if a refund has been processed, they must possess a corresponding reference number. It appears that they are engaging in fraudulent practices by not providing the necessary details and failing to process the refund.

          ORDER ID - [protected], I have spoken to the customer care, but they claim to have processed the refund from their end, yet there is no reflection of the refund in my bank account. Moreover, when I requested the refund reference number or transaction ID, they failed to provide any such information, stating that the refund reference number is not visible. It seems to me that they might be deceiving me, and perhaps intentionally delaying the refund. This delay is causing me financial distress. I would like to file a complaint against Limeroad with the consumer forum to expedite the processing of my refund. The order in question is light blue jeans of 399 rupees, for which I initiated a return, and the scheduled pickup was on February 24, 2024, under Return ID [protected]OP1. I hope the consumer forum takes prompt action in this matter and ensures the speedy processing of my refund.

            I, Vishvendra Singh, am filing a formal complaint against Limeroad for a grave lapse in customer service. I placed an order with Order ID- [protected], and upon receiving an oversized light blue jeans, I promptly initiated a return, with the scheduled pickup on February 24, 2024. The Return ID is [protected]OP1. Despite the completion of the pickup, I am yet to receive the refund in my bank account. This delay has not only caused me significant inconvenience but is also a blatant violation of fair consumer practices. Despite multiple attempts to address this issue with Limeroad's customer care, the lack of resolution has compelled me to seek assistance from the consumer forum. I kindly request the forum's intervention to ensure a prompt refund and to address this matter urgently

              Through Limeroad, i placed order for about 5 silk saree costing about 10000 offered at a discounted price of 8500 plus. I was delivered the same with a delay of almost 10 days post the scheduled delivery days. Further the quality was quite substandard and not as per the description and not worth the money. hence i returned all the sarees to their return pick up courier on their schedule date / time of return.. Later next day, i got the confirmation that the products are received. Then the refund didnt come through even after the 5 work days as stipulated. Hence i reached out to their customer care team, who replied me back stating that i had returned different sarees (only2) instead of the ones i purchased (5). While i replied them with the details of the courier picked and their contacts, the issue is still being dealt with by them and the refund is still awaited. This company is totally fake and is cheating all the public. How can they improve their services and get customer satisfaction if they provide sub standard products and refund also not given while the products are under return policy. Where is the trust ?

                I have purchased 3 lehenga (Buy 2 get 1 Free Scheme) on 23rd September 2023.
                Very next day, i returned all the 3 lehengas as the quality of the material was not good. The same was picked on 25th September which is visible on the online status ( pic attached)
                The product was picked on 26th which also is available on their online status.
                I got a refund for 1 lehengas, and other one lehenga money is still not refunded and the status from day 1 is showing the same (Quality Check Pending)
                I spoke to the customer care, thrice, but they are saying that they have not received the product from the delivery partner, Is This my Fault ???
                It is more than 2 months. I have also sent reminder of mails, but they have the same reply that they have forwarded it to the concern department.
                All the 3 product was collected at the same time and intact.

                This is Fraud, It doesnt take 2 months just to quality check the product

                  We have purchased 3 products (lehenga on buy 2 get 1 free scheme) for which I received delivery around 23rd of September

                  I did not like the material of the products and returned all the 3 products on 25th Sept.
                  All the 3 products were collected and even the status on the site was showing the same.

                  We got a refund for 2 products and for the 3rd product, it was still showing, product collected, Quality Check Pending

                  When spoke to the customer care, it was told that they cant find the product. This is not my fault, if they are unable to find the product, what can i do. I have sent reminder email, but they have the same answer that they have forwarded to the relevant department.

                      I had ordered a prepaid suit worth RS 2239 and I instead received a rugged burnt piece of cloth!! I have mailed the customer care, sent photos of the received order, called up customer care multiple times but no response from the Limeroad team! This is fraud!!

                              I have placed the return on 7th sept and there has been so many calls and email done, still they haven't processed refund of mentioned order ID. Awaiting for amount 563rs refund. It's almost 2 months, and everytime their fraudulent customer care keep saying that wait for some days to get refund and nothing happens. Please take legal action against this company. Twice I have raised complaint against this but still issue is not closed. Ticket ID for reference[protected]

                                Order a product from Limeroad on Date - 06-oct-2023 worth INR 240/- and I paid via phonepay
                                Order no. - [protected]
                                I cancelled the order on the day of order placed
                                I received the refund as LimeRoad Credit in LimeRoad App.
                                I initiated the transfer of money to PhonePe account.
                                The Money deducted immediately.
                                The transfer was done at 12:39, 6-oct-2023.
                                I still haven't received any money in my PhonePe account.
                                I wrote mails
                                The money is deducted from app and I got nothing in my PhonePe account.
                                I wrote mails and called on their customers care number, no one answered the call and they're responding so late via mails.

                                Please help me get my money back.
