I have placed an order of rs 4458 from Limeroad under their offer of Buy 2 Get 1 free. I placed order for 3 blazers worth Rs. 4458 (including gold membership of 149) on 29th Jan 2023.

I recived my product on 4th Feb via ShadowFX courier. I got 3 cheap used products inside it.
1. A used white shorts
2. A used blazer not even worth 500 rs I guess
3. A used inner winter wear

I raised compliant....

Order no. [protected]. Date of order - 1st Feb, 2023. Till date not delivered (2nd March, 2023). Received lot of calls regarding new purchase, noted my complaint. But not resolved. I need my product or my money back ASAP

From 8th of Feb, I am trying to to return one order no 89676180. I placed the request on 8 th, but no one came to pick it up, and the order no got auto cancelled.

Again i placed on 14 th, but still it's not picked up. I received message that a rep would be coming to collect the parcel, i reched out to him some 15 times but he kept on telling that he would come but he never visited my house to pick...

They have get money from me and now cancelling my product every time I purchase. I think they are cheater.
My Order No.'s are [protected] Which I 1st bought on January 06, 2023 and paid them Rs.1, 755.00. This goods send to us as defective / Size Issue so I returned this product. They collected it from my Home. They credited me saying that there are LR Credits with you and you can purchase any thing by using the credits.

I have placed an order kurta and received a product towel (not an worth for 10rs). Also, try to find out the customer care numbers but nowadays only this vendor not have customer care. I'm not sure how a kurta will change to towel. It's a miracle one this happen only this type of vendors. Please refund my money ASAP

I have been in contact with your support team from 13th Jan till 30th Jan between this time period I have personally sent back the items to the provided address 16 days ago and I still have not received my refund I am getting no results and the refund even after 10+ mails between the team and me this service experience is quite pathetic I want my refund and this matter resolved now.

There were multiple items ordered and 1 item was missing.

I raised the complaint immediately and they asked to wait for 7 working days.

After many follow up they check and will not refund any money. They will arrange for dispatch video in some days and to wait 28 Dec.

Cheaters. Never came back with any video. because there's isn't anything.

I just added three orders to the cart and made the payment. Got a message saying that amount has been debited from my account but the order is still showing in the cart. No confirmation about the order.

I ordered three items and they are still showing on my card inspite of paying the amount through GPay. Got a message about debited amount but no confirmation about the order. Pissed off!

I ordered casual shirts two times from limeroad, both time they delivered paper bag instead of product in packet. I mail them related this issue but yet it is not solve. Till date I'm not receive any refund amount from them.

I booked multiple items under order [protected]. I received all the items except 1. I raised a complaint and they customer service said to wait for 7 working days. I have to travel and so I requested to cancel and refund the amount. For this too they said I need to wait for 7 working days. Now I get unnecessary calls for promotions and offers but no one resolved my issue. It's already 4 days and no trace of where the item is or refund. I had very bad experience with limeroad.

I placed an order on limeroad of INR 2639 (including taxes) the money got deducted from my accoumt but no order was placed. There is no way to directly contact the customer service
Please help me out as this is not at all reight and not how a company runs by defraudinh people.

I have ordered a shirt from limeroad at 1614 rupees.But i received wrong product.So i request for return.The product has been picked up, after 15 days a customer care executive called me and now they are denying for the refund.

3 out of 5 of my orders from the Order No.[protected] dated 12 October 2022 were cancelled. A round neck self design woolen cardigan (Blue), Navy Blue Checked blend cardigan and Pink Checked Cardigan---all by the brand Duke. Upon cancellation 5110 LR credits were provided to me, which I wanted as a refund. I changed LR credits to the same amount of refund to my bank. The status currently shows the transaction as complete, however I have not yet received the amount in my bank. I want to know where my money got stuck. I have been using LimeRoad for years now, and this is the first time I faced such a situation. I would appreciate if this issue is resolved as soon as possible.

Limeroad says order is delivered but it is not, i have got in touch with them but they are saying nothing can be done...please help

It has been 1 week since I returned my order but the refund is still not processed. I emailed the company but they keep on making excuses that it will be refunded in few days but still no response . Please resolve the issue and send the money back to my LR credit.

Order prepaid, not delivered yet, but showing as delivered on website. Raised compalint through mail, asked to wait for 3 working days but still not received any response from their side.
