Order prepaid, not delivered yet, but showing as delivered on website. Raised compalint through mail, asked to wait for 3 working days but still not received any response from their side.

    Hi

    I bought few kurtas from limeroad but I didn't like them so I returned them and got LR credit of 2024 rupees which I wanted in my bank account so I requested to transfer money in my bank account.
    Immediately my money from LR Credit got deducted but I hvnt got that money in my bank account

    Pls tell when will I get my money in my bank account

    Pls help

    I tried ordering product from Limeroad but order not confirmed but money deducted from my Gpay.
    I again tried another time but the same thing happened.
    I have shared the screenshot of the UPI I'd of both transactions.
    Please look through the matter and credit the amount...

    Limeroad — Refund not received from LR credits to Phonepe

    I order a product from Limeroad on Date - 26-Aug-2022 worth INR 1186/- and I paid via Paytm.

    The product was expected to deliver on my address on Date - 30-Aug-2022.
    And they cancelled the order on the day of delivery (i.e. 30-Aug-2022) .
    I received the refund as LimeRoad Credit in LimeRoad App.

        On 14 August I ordered for a single piece of peach coloured minimizer bra of alishaan brand, as white black or nude colour was not available .         Trailing emails are self explanatory and I will pursue on social media and in court if need be as;
        Pick up person has threatened the security and over 4 witnesses and CCTV footage shows him yelling and fighting.
        Customer service has refused to take action nor have they collected items nor refunded money
        Except for auto generated email no one has bothered to call and have stopped communicating.

        Hello sir/madam,

        Concerning my refund this is to let you know I had it Rs 861 in my LR credit . I requested to transfer it to my bank account and provided all the bank details yesterday but until now I did not receive that amount back in my account personal account .I kindly request you to transfer it as soon as possible I understand my problem .

        I have return a product as on 25/7/2022 but from then they have not even refunded /replaced the product they assure for hassle free refund /replacement before buying the product, they will call u end number of times ..however when i received the product is was not the one i ordered i told them the product was checked and picked but after that i am trying to get in touch with them ..they do not have customer service where in you can call they...

        I ordered 4 dresses and did not like the quality of the products hence I returned them. The dresses were collected on 30th May 2022 and it was rightly updated on the app too. But when i tried to transfer the money back into my account, it is showing as transferred to my account but till date I have not received the money into my bank account.         I was working at Limeroad {A M MARKETPLACES PVT LTD } from 6 August 2020 and left the company in Nov 7th 2021. I am supposed to get 1.5 months salary of my notice period which should be paid within 60 days. I have been following up with HR to no avail since then. It has been 10 months and there is still pending my fnf Many of my colleagues from Limeroad has not been paid and we are following up with HR to no avail. They sent the last mail in January saying that the fnf will be settled by no later than 31st July 2022. I waited but they sent again an email saying that fnf will be settled by 31st October. I am demanding my fnf with interest that they delayed.

            This is akanksha limeroad customer who ordered a tie front embroidered detail ALINE, which I received on 3rd july.since But the quality of the product is not good so i return it on 4th july.
            Since then I didn't received any refund. I have try to contact them but in return only recive auto generated msg. The company isn't responding regarding my refund. Please take the needful action and solve the issue asap....

            On 20th June an order detail msj received by Ms Amisha Das on her WhatsApp no [protected] contains name of Mr Debabrat Mishra in the msj whereas neither she nor myself has been ordered the product from limeroad. I have tried to contact with the company but not succeeded hence complaining in this foram as the product for which the msj received is not suitable neither appreciable hence kindly look into as both of feeling ashamed for this kind...

            This company sends promotional sms almost daily... i'm just so irritated, I mean when ill need to buy I'll buy...

            & in google ads they're showing ads every where women in bikinis like i only buy bikinis & nothing else.. i don't even search those things... & now they'll say based on cache data... man, i dont do that.. & please dont show me location based ads......
