Limeroad — Amount was debited from your account and neither received product nor payment back | |||||
We placed an order for the purchase of a saree on 15th September 2016. We made online payment and our account was debited. But we received a message from limeroad that saying there was a payment failure. Immediately, we mailed to them with our details and even called them explained the issue. They told us to give 24-48 hours time during which they can identify the problem and resolve it. Again on 23rd September 2016, we sent another mail reminding them. Till now there is no response from them. They neither delivered the product nor returned the payment. Was this information helpful? | |||||
