Limeroad — cancellation amount not yet refund

I have booked one t-shirt and it was not good.
It is quite different which i have seen in online and in live.
So i have cancelled it and the cancelled order id is "[protected]"
I called to customer care every time it is a system generated information when we call always it is telling like you refund amount is going to return with in 48hours. But till now i have not received any amount.
