Please clarify you charged me twice for the same order?? I fed my card details only once. But i am getting two mails saying your order confirmed!

Why will i order same item twice?

Please look in to this. I am having this problem 2nd time with you.

LimeRoad Customer Care's response Dear Sheena, As per our records, there are 2 exactly same orders placed by mistake from your end. We suggest you please refuse to accept the delivery.
Further, a refund will be initiated once we receive the order in our warehouse, and will reflect your account within 7 working days.

Updated by sheenasam Yes, when i tried to order first time I did not submit my card numbers at all! Before that only it said order completed. I want to know how you managed to take money from my card first time?

About not accepting the item: It's a gift for someone # 1. # 2. It's her office and most of the time she wont be in the office so someone else will accept it on her behalf. That is the reason I am requesting you to stop from your end!.
