[Resolved] Limeroad — complaint on delivery boy

I have order a watch (Order no:[protected]) i have told delivery boy to wait for 10 mins he cannot wait for 10 mins he tapping my door, and scolding me outside of my home and he is rising his voice against me, he not even know to how to delivery he is very rude and very harsh if your not taking proper action against on delivery boy (Satish) or i will take this problem to big issue because i am mentally distrubted i fill a case in trot for defiency service in name of your company (I have a audio clip of his voice)

My refund amount has been tranferred to LR credit. i havent got any option to select refund method at the time of returning product. Kindly give me option to tranfer the money to my bank.account

I had purchased two dresses from limeroad. The first one was not as it was in the website so I had return and 1 delivery. The delivery boy who came to deliver charged additional Rs 15 per dress overall Rs 30/. He insisted( was standing outside my house and screaming) that the amount had to be paid and therefore I had to. I hope limeroad takes severe action against such delivery boys.
