[Resolved]  Limeroad — complaint pertaining refund

I had ordered from limeroad for the very first time not knowing that the services would turn out to be so ridiculous.
I had returned the package on 2nd february 2018 and as informed i was supposed to receive the refund within 7 working days. However, till date i haven’t received my money.
The customer service line is hopeless as well. I haven’t received any reply to my mails nor is anyone ready to assist me.
It is sad that team limeroad does not value its customers.
Well, lesson learnt : never purchase anything from this site. Rather opt for trusted sites like myntra, jabong etc. I have never faced such an issue with any other online shopping site.
