Limeroad — Delay for returning the product | |||
My order from limeroad.com ( order no: [protected]) was delivered on 11/5/2016. The item was returned on the same day to the delivery guy. But, now the tracking status is given canceled in the limeroad account, and I am not able to return the product as it still shows the product is not yet delivered. What shall I do now? Now I need to cancel one of the product and a change in size of white printed palazzo pants. When can it be done. ? Was this information helpful? | |||

Dear Chandini, As discussed on call today, we have cancelled the order. Once we receive the product in our warehouse, a refund would be processed in 24 working hours and will take 7 working days to reflect in your account.

No return pick up service!! Pathetic Hi Mansi, Apologies for the inconvenience that might have caused to you. However, the amount that was charged for both the orders was Rs 1098 as your orders were under Buy1 Get1. The text message you received from our end was auto generated and by default it showed the complete amount and not the discounted price.
