[Resolved] Limeroad — delay in getting the item picked up for the return request

I have purchased one item bearing order no.[protected]. But due to some measurement problem of item I have booked return request on 29.05.2019. Also I have lodged complaint twice in your customer care. They are asking to me there's some problem in our transporting partner but definitely we will pick up the return item by two working days, which is still pending with me. Steps may kindly be taken to pick up the return item and disbursement.
