[Resolved] Limeroad — Delayed time of delivery

I have placed a multiple order in Limeroad (order no.5368511 and 5341163) on 28 and 29 August on COD and they estimated 5 to 7 days of delivery.
Still the orders have still not yet been delivered to me. I tried to track them but it seems the package are stuck in other places and the last shipping was done on September 2.
I'm I going to get it any time soon or are my orders going to be stuck there forever?
Please fix this problem and try to dispatch my orders at my place.I really want to get them, so I request you to see to it and find a suitable solution. Thank You .

LimeRoad Customer Care's response Hi Pazhiini, we were unable to deliver your order #[protected] and [protected] due to an operational issue with our courier partners Unfortunately, your order has now been returned to our warehouse.

While I truly understand the disappointment this might have caused to you and we are really embarrassed about it.
