[Resolved] Limeroad — Delivered me wrong item and defuse to return | |||||
I was purchased a shoes from limeroad on 15-oct-2016 in night. On 18 th oct 2016 i was got a my order from limeroad. When i saw the product its was totally different. When i raise the complaint for refund they told me that we will initiated the return till 21-oct-2016. But they didn't response anything till now. Whether i have mail marked them 5-6 time within last 4 days. But they are not responding till now. I was called to customer care center then i logged a complaint to customer care executive then they say that i have logged your complain we will arranged the returned and refund of your payment within 2 days but still they not taking any action against the same.
