However, both the pair of sandals were not the ones ordered and were torn, used and old. 3. The same was noted and photos taken by the delivery representative promising an early exchange of the same. 4. All products are inspected before being shipped and items that are deemed unsellable are not sent out to our customers. Unfortunately, it seems to have been missed in this case.
