[Resolved] Limeroad — i made a payment of 425 rupees for a cloth on lime road. but order is not confirmed

While paying for a t-shirt in limeroad app through phone pay, the money of 425 rupees was successfully debited to limeroad, but the app said "sorry the transaction was not successful" and i cannot find my order details in limeroad app but my money is debited. I have the phonepay transaction id which i'll be attaching with the complaint. Please help me with this and resolve this issue.
